kei838383ParticipantThe future is looking bright for Seattle Supersonics fans. After a temporary leave of absence, all signs point to an NBA return to the Pacific Northwest.

220ParticipantIf there are any potential NBA owners in the Sacramento area, they need to see the writing on the wall and make a move to retain the Kings or the Kings may not exist anymore.
The best way to make everyone happy is to do what the NFL did when the Browns became the Ravens, create an expansion team to take the place of the team that moved. The only issue is the NBA can’t justify expansion at this point.

MUbballfanParticipantThey could add a team to Seattle and maybe somewhere like Las Vegas to make it a 32 team league, but that should be the highest they go.

BasketBalAllanParticipantDavid Stern is a sad sad man, he is looking to solidify his “legacy” by bringing a team back to a city that made him look like an @ss by stealing a team from somewhere else. David Stern could have put pressure on the Maloofs to sell to the Billionaire Ron Burkle, who wanted the Kings to remain in Sac. Instead Stearn waits for an oppurtunity to further himself and his agenda by holding out for a chance toimprove his own image with a still fuming fan base. Stern currently is hoping he can spin this so the Maloofs turn out to be the villains in Sac losing its team, but that does not change the fact that he would be every bit as culpable for the Kings situation.
