RigelzParticipantI think Drummod has the higher upside. Valanciunas is very very good, but Drummond is a beast with no limits. Anyway potential is potential and it makes no points. You have to reach it. Not so easy.

i’m jus so offendedParticipantBefore today, I would have most definently have said Jonas but then I watched all Drummonds preseason highlights. Now, I know preseason isn’t supposed to be that indictive of season/future success but goddamn the kids confidence has to be soaring right now. He has shown he does have a motor and will to play hard (right now at least) and has shown more on the offensive boards than I expected. I knew he would be solid and can still get way better. Now, at the line, he has GOT to get better. His stance is really ugly but he showed a nice shooting touch in high school so I think he could at least get up to 50% from the stripe. Jonas will shoot at 70% or better so he obviously wins that. I think Jonas will be very good in the league and for a long time, I’m just not sure how good. I havent seen much of him this preseason either though I’ve heard good things. Drummond has unmatched athleticism and more potential than any big out there (Cousins may be right there) and he looks as though he will be able to harness it, which gives the nod in my eyes.

qDizzle32ParticipantAndre Drummond. He just has a perfect NBA body along with his athleticism. He just had an off year at UCONN last year, party due to his confidence level after not having an official senior season. I was just not very satisfied with Valciunas and how he looked this past summer. Don’t get me wrong he is full of potential but I see Drummond being the better one 5 years from now.

NickWayne87Participantis gonna atleast be an okay basketball player just off the physical attributes he was blessed with alone….if he never played bball he could contribute just by standing in the post….so i’d say drummond definitely.

417basketballfanParticipantjonas goes hard every single play. they will both be good but I can see jonas continuing to bulk and get better day by day faster then drummond.

lalailaParticipantyeaa my man Jonas is hardworker he is the real deal he might not be a superstar but he will be a very good one for sure because next to his size tools and skills he has THAT motor..
and even as a lithuanian i still believe Drummond can be better..he has so much more risk but he can be superstar, yeaa
