Lemons4LifeParticipantOkay I made up this trade that sends various players to teams. Everybody says there’s no way Cleveland will trade LeBron, well you are wrong! There’s been reports in many newspapers I’ve seen that say LeBron and has agent discussed going to Miami. There isn’t link for this, but here’s the trade:
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=q969dd
Also, Cleveland would receive Miami’s 2nd round picks (40 something and 60) & next years 2nd round picks.
The teams would look like this:
Miami–Mario Chalmers, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James(convert Wade to PG if needed), Michael Beasley, Jermaine O’Neal………Head, Anthony, Moon, Quinn
Houston–Aaron Brooks, Delonte West, Ron Artest, Luis Scola, Yao Ming……..Haslem, Hickson, Battier, Pavlovic, Landry (would have a much deeper bench)
Cleveland–Mo Williams, Tracy McGrady, James Jones, Anderson Varejao, Zydrunas Ilgauskas………Gibson, Cook, Smith, Wallace, Szczerbiak

nikeduck24Participantand how are you going to afford Beasley, Wade, James, and O’Neal? Pretty sure they would not all fit under the cap…

buntykingsfanParticipantthat woudn’t work well

UNC4eva8806ParticipantTrade could’ve made since if T-mac was a little bit younger. Cleveland gives up the most in the deal and all they can get is some second round picks, a aged Tracy Mcgrady and Dequan Cook

nikeduck24ParticipantAND no one in the league would let a Wade James combo happen for their own good.

auberParticipantThis is the reason why this sites off basis. These unrealistic video game trades. Give me a break.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 7:41am #156032

llperezbut if the Heat could pull off a trade to get Lebron james without having to give up Wade or Beasley, then every other team in the league would shoot themselves. In other words, I’m agreeing with Auber and calling this a complete fail. Clevland would not give up James and Delonte to get TMac.

torontoraptors10ParticipantSeems kinda far-fetch’d…. I don’t think Cavs would ever settle for T-Mac for LeBron…. if anything Wade should go to the Cavaliers

mb6297This is the dumbest thing I’ve read all day.
You’re saying that the CAVS will trade Lebron James (14 million salary) for Tracy McGrady (20 million salary)? WOW… As good as McGrady is, he has been injury plagued and Lebron is the 2nd best basketball player currently on the plant.
Also, Delonte West, J.J. Hickson and Pavlovic is a much better package than Cook and Jones. Cavs would be getting robbed by Miami.
This scenario is retarded. It’s comparable to trading Michael Jordan, Ron Harper and Steve Kerr for Grant Hill and two other Detroit bench players in the 90s.

nikeduck24ParticipantLebron is the most dominate player in the game today. THE END

acantareParticipantid say its alot worse then jordan harper and kerr, this is just a mess
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 8:37am #156074

JNixonParticipantLeBron and Wade will be spending the rest of their careers in Cleveland and Miami

bunka24ParticipantBy far the most ridiculous thing I have ever read in my life. “There have been many reports in newspapers about it but I don’t have the link.” Hmmmm you didn’t happen to make this up did you?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 8:54am #156092

HaleParticipantThat is a ridiculous trade. You are giving up the best player in the game for my injured boy T-Mac, james jones and daequan cook. YEAH RIGHT.

kotyParticipantabsolutely terrible idea
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:12am #156167
mmichnowicz1ParticipantSo ur saying that cleveland would choose to make Miami the best team in the league, for an injuried star, and some late draft picks. Not even memphis would do this, even if their gm was high, and drunk.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:18am #156177

bflaa2ParticipantNBA Live would even know this trade is awful. This is awful why did you even make this topic?!?!?!?!?!?!
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:24am #156184
illinimanmarkParticipantWhy would Cleveland give up not only LeBron, but also West and Hickson?? There is no way Miami could get LeBron for only Haslem, Jones, and Cook.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:26am #156186
Stanford hoopsParticipantlol..i agree..even if you turned on the override trade feature it still wouldnt go through..lol
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:27am #156188
NYKnicksuperFanParticipantthe only way LeBron would get traded is for a star in his prime(Al Jefferson, Brandon Roy, Danny Granger), a young player with tremendous upside(Anthony Randolph, Russ Westbrook,) and solid cheap veteran( Shane Battier, Jameer Nelson, Kirk Heinrich) plus 1st rounders
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:28am #156191

llperezSo you are suggesting that Miami could give up Daquean Cook, Udonis Haslem, James Jones and 2 second round picks and that lands LeBron James? Wow, they would be getting totally screwed on that one. Personally I would only give up one second round pick if I were them.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 10:55am #156225
ghostfaceParticipantI hope this is a joke here. There’s no way in hell the Cav’s trade Lebron. Yea, Lebron may go to Miami – when he’s a free agent in 2010.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/03/2009 - 11:13am #156241

RickyRubio9ParticipantThe Rockets don’t get any better and neither do the Cavs…you must be a Heat Fan because if they wanted to ever have a chance at LeBron I don’t think you’d see Beasley staying with them. That’s a ridiculous trade.

I feel bad for the initial poster.

Lemons4LifeParticipantMaybe i forgot beasley and some other players, to tell how OVERRATED Lebron is says the trade i know it wouldnt work im not dumb and this HAS BEEN IN NEWSPAPERS around Chicago! Thr main thing is there’s been rumors, not involving these players though!
