Just wanted to point out that Andre Drummond’s first game was tremendously encouraging. Doubt his regular season debut will be close to it, but 12 points (6-8 FG), 7 boards (4 offensive), couple steals/blocks (including that monster on Davis, which seemed to be questionable goal tending, though at least questionable) and the game winning bucket? That is a debut! Not to mention, he managed to stay off the line! Way to go young fella!

Seriously, will be interested to say him shoot his first FT’s. Just have been a major fan of Drummond’s physical and athletic gifts, not to mention I feel like people were really digging into him as a developing player. I do not know if Andre will be a superstar, I still feel he should be a starting center who gives teams fits down the line. Seems like slipping in the draft really humbled him, though I tend to feel like from what I have heard, he is a good kid. Looked to be working hard and just thought it was really cool that he had a good first game. Long road ahead for sure, just a pretty sweet first step.
