Season is getting closer: whos your favorite player to watch!

When I was a kid nobody understood why Sean Elliot and Anthony Mason were my favorite players. So I get you. Because the NBA is so top heavy, I’m not really dying to see anyone. I love watching the rookies and second year guys like Kyrie. I can’t wait till he tells a rookie "I get buckets". Really all the rookies and especially Neon Dion Watiers. Joe Wolf bet me a six pack that he wins ROY.

Jason Terry is much more comfortable in the sixth man role, so there is no need to mess with that. Besides him, there are really no other pure guards that you can count on as Dionte Christmas and Jamar Smith are far too unproven to warrant meaningful minutes at this juncture.vafar2323

I always felt Lee would be the type of player that would fit in seamlessly with a new team, especially a team with championship aspirations. He doesn’t always need the ball in his hands and has always been a willing defender, dating back to his days at Western Kentucky.kuti676

I feel like I should put an asterisk by all preseason stats, but right now, they’re the only representation of this team’s defensive abilities. So here goes: In these first three games, the Timberwolves have allowed 70, 96 and 75 points, for an average of 80.3 per game. These first games were played against the Bulls and Pacers, so for a fair comparison, last year’s Timberwolves gave up an average of 110.3 points against those teams in three regular-season games.
