providencefriars1ParticipantHes going to have few minutes this year since Releford and McClemore are going to start and Kevin Young will play a lot as a sixth man. I have read that Young played great on KU’s trip to Europe and he played pretty well last year in limited minutes. White is probably right ahead of Anrio Adams on the depth chart so maybe he gets 7-8 mins a game.

SiggyParticipantI think Kevin Young will start at and play the majority of his minutes at the PF, opening more minutes for the wing. Out of of all the true freshman in KU’s class, I think White is the most ready to contribute. He has a very mature game already. He doesn’t have an amazing offensive repertoire, but he’s precise, can catch and shoot, doesnt F around with the ball, can straight line drive with a nice pull up game and he always takes good shots. He reminds me a bit of Danny Green.

Bill Walton’s KneesParticipantSiggy said it best- He’s a very mature basketball player who doesn’t turn the ball over. He’s primarily a shooter right now, but that’s exactly what this squad needs. All the past great Jayhawk teams have had a sharpshooter, whether it be Tyrel Reed, Conner Teahan, or Brandon Rush. Him and McLemore will fill that 2/3 shooter role that Bill Self seems to have on his squad every season.

PaulsJayhawksParticipantGreat post and I think he will be a great Jayhawk. Hes already a great shooter, very matue player for his age and has a good frame. I think the jayhawks rotation plays out a little like this next year. The great thing about him is he can slide to the 2 or 3 giving the Hawks some added scoring off the bench.

benahswetParticipantThis is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free. It is the old what goes around comes around routine
