don042488ParticipantWe all know Brendan Haywood is a lock to get amnesty, as well as Charlie Villanueva, and perphaps Elton Brand…Who else do you feel is a amnesty candidate? and what team you think the amnesty candidates fit at?

JordoParticipantAndray Blatche

DolanCareParticipantYou’re probably right about Blatche getting amnestied. I’ve been waiting for him to ‘get it’ and not be such a bonehead. Being amnestied could be the best thing for Blatche, because it will give him the opportunity to play witha team with a structured and winning culture. (ie spurs, boston, mavs).

Anton123ParticipantManny Harris has been waived by the Cavs, but I doubt that excites anyone, I like Harris though

TC_42ParticipantKendrick Perkins.
Dude played well in the Lakers series, that’s about it. For the whole season. He’s not worth 8 mil, and it would leave more room for OKC to sign Harden and Ibaka.

Brew Meister SmithParticipantJose Calderon may be amnestied if Nash wants in with Toronto. I’m not exactly sure of their cap space, and I think if they could afford to keep him after signing Fields and Nash they would. His contract expires after this season so is not terrible, but it all comes down to freeing up space.
If they were to keep Jose with Nash there, they could definately cut Steve’s minutes and try to extend his career by a year or two. But my feeling is if Nash signs, Jose is Anmestied.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantPerkins wont get Amnestied, but his days in OKC might be numbered…He rarely gets double figure rebounds and his Flawless are exposed more now then when he was In Boston..This might sound strange, but Losing weight affected his ability to block out and push around guys inside..He use to know how to use that big body he once had well…

johnallinghamParticipantI think Kleiza is the preferance in Toronto if they only need 5 million in space rather than the 10 million Calderon would free up. He has 2 years left on his contract too. This way keep Jose, use him in a backup role to Nash, his numbers go down somewhat and then the Raps could resign him after this season for relatively cheap. He is a good player and it would be in Toronto’s interest to keep him and he has no problem with the backup role, especially Nash’s backup which gets a lot of minutes.

JunkYardDogParticipantbrendan haywood is not a lock to be amnestied cause there is a special clause in his contract that allows the mavs to get rid of him and spread his contract left on the NEXT 14 YEARS !!!… if they want to amnesty somebody it would be marion so.

"That means the team that owns his rights and waives him would be responsible for no more than $2 million per year over the next 14 years."

mjayb77ParticipantTyrus Thomas and John Salmons? I have read some articles that Elton Brand might go. I am having trouble with copying and pasting a link, has anyone had similar problems?

AddisonSmithParticipantWe have recently had a couples of interesting Hong Kong empowerment visa wins which flight in the lid of the commonly parlayed mantra that one fellow businesses never get approved by the HK Immigration Department Recruitment Careers Hong Kong
