Where would youn rank Marshon Brooks and Alec Burks among this years Shooting Guards in Beal, Rivers, Waiters, Lamb and Ross?

Rank them in Order for who Will be the best and WHY? Also who is the best Scorer among the 7?

What is Each Players Ceiling if they Reach there Full Potenital?

Not sure were they rank against the rookies, because im not sure how they will pan out yet. Im sure they will all probably be good players in there own right. I see Beal being the best of the whole group, possibly an all star.

As far as Brooks and Burkes, Marshon got a chance to show what he can do on a bad Nets team. I think he’s only goin to get better next year. Burkes i personally think will break out next season. He showed some flashes of what he could do scoring the ball. And with Bell almost certain to be gone, and C.J. Miles a question Mark to return. Alec might be a starter next year.

I would say they are behind the group that you mentioned but ahead of Doron Lamb and John Jenkins. The better question might be where would Klay Thompson fit in with this group of SGs? It will be interesting to see because the league has lacked SGs for a while but it seems like some good young guys are coming in.

I’m taking Marshon Brooks over Jeremy Lamb… Brooks is a stone cold scorer and Lamb has some serious question marks

Let’s make things more interesting and add Eric Gordon, James Harden and Paul George to that list.  Who do you guys think has the highest ceiling?

    1) Austin Rivers: star potential, best 2 guard prospect since Harden. I’ve been very hot and cold on him, but after he measured in at a legit 6’5” a lot of my worries went away.  I see him as a bigger Monta Ellis

    2) Jeremy Lamb: will never be a #1 option, but will be a great 2nd option. Has big game experience

    3) Marshon Brooks: IMO he’s best suited as a 6th man, thats not a slight, i just dont think he’s starter material

    4) Dion Waiters: not all that high on him, will be a good 3rd guard off the bench. All the D Wade comparisons for this kid are way off base imo.

    5) Alec Burks: haven’t seen enough off him play yet, gets to the free throw line at a decent clip tho. needs a jumper badly tho

      @ASAP Henry

Monta Ellis can pass the ball, and has great mid-range jumper…Rivers can’t do both.. He will be one of the biggets ballhogs and his TS% will be radiculous.

     1. Beal: Easily most complete player great looking jump shot if he keeps working on it can be great hes super strong a great athlete and defender.
     2. Brooks: Like what @TaylorCondrin said hes just a proven Jeremy Lamb with a killer instinct
     3. Waiters: Is about to be one of the leagues elite 6th men mark my words powerful can handle and shoot the ball
     4. Burks: Not really sure about him has a lot of potential though not a great jump shot but athletic smooth and versatile
     5. Ross: Super athlete with a jumpshot lots of potential worst case is a really good role player.

Rivers will struggle in this league, hes too weak has a nice first step but its grossly overrated really inconsistent jump shot and cant bring anything to the table besides shooting a lot. Has potential if he works hard but right now i wouldnt take him over any of these 5 guys or Lamb too
