220ParticipantI definitely agree with you, so much has to do with where players go. It’ll likely be the first 4 picks and someone else. The reason I say that is the first four teams are pretty poor and those rookies will get a chance to shine. The Kings are a different situation, they have a good group of talent so it’s hard to say how there rookie will fair.

B-ball fanParticipantMy list:
G: Dion Waiters – Knows how to score; could put up numbers in right situation
G: Bradley Beal – Likely Wizard or Cav, if you believe trade rumors, and has a very polished game
F: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist – Ready to step in and contribute immediately; won’t be judged purely on scoring stats
F: Anthony Davis – It could be T-Rob, but Davis will make an immediate impact as defender, shot blocker, and pick and roll threat
C: Jonas Valanciunas – Just plain the best center entering the league next year, both from a standpoint of NBA readiness and from a long term potential standpoint. Should get plenty of playing time for Raptors.

I completely disagree. Sure that happens a lot of the time, but if you’re actually any good then you will find a home on a decent team. Look at guys like Chandler Parsons, Iman Shumpert, Kawhi Leonard, and Greg Steimsma this year. All guys were on teams that were competitive and all played a role on that team and made it onto the All Rookie team. I wouldn’t be surprised if a couple more guys from this draft did the same thing because of the depth of the draft. If a team like the Celtics with picks in the 20’s are rumored to get guys like Sullinger, Jones3, and Royce White my money would be on a couple sleep picks making it. This draft is stocked with darkhorses
