NBA Draft Eligible Greek Players That Were Invited To Tryout For Greece’s 2012 Olympics Team

These Greek players, that are all 2012 NBA draft eligible, were all invited to tryout for Greece’s Olympics team.

PG Kostas Sloukas: 6-3 210 (1990)

PG Vangelis Mantzaris: 6-5 210 (1990)

SF Kostas Papanikolaou: 6-8 230 (1990)

C Zisis Sarikopoulos: 7-0 265 (1990)

Papanikolaou and Sarikopoulos have also been invited to the Treviso Eurocamp draft camp in Italy.

In addition to this, Greek player Vassilis Kavvadas, that is 2013 NBA draft eligible, was also invited to tryout for Greece’s Olympics team.

People on this forum probably have not heard of Kavvadas before, as he does not appear on the 2013 mock list. But he is a real beast and has huge potential.
