So many think that Meyers Leonard will be a bust so with that in mind which team or teams do you think can afford to take a chance on drafting him knowing that he may or may not be a bust?

I think the Bucks could take a shot.  They have a lot of youth at the PF position including some that can slide over and play minutes at the center.  They could take a risk, bring him along slowly and not get too burt if he doesn’t pan out.

I think any of the teams picking 12-24 can take a risk on Leonard. The dude is 7 foot tall. I think he would be a great fit if he fell to Boston

Stayed and play his junior season in college, to get stronger and develop a go to move in the post, but athletic seven footers who can shoot doesnt grow on trees.

He is a low risk high reward pick, if he slips past 15 ANYONE should grab him instantly!

Remembers me of Timofey Mozgov, hope both develop into starters someday.

Houston. They need a center prospect. They are stacked at about every other position. They could take the chance but they usually take BPA and Leonard may not be that.

Considering Boston has those two picks and are later I think that would be the most comfortable place to pick him

Philly and Dallas are both in his draft range, Philly will resign Hawes I assume so could allow Leonard to develop and would have Brand to help mentor him. Dallas could use him as a long term prospect and again have a perfect mentor in Dirk as one of the most skilled big men ever.

No team should take that risk. I wouldn’t take him any higher than the late, late first round. Could maybe be an athletic back-up. Too soft though. Rather have Festus Ezeli
