NiceWithTheRockParticipantI hope this is a new chapter for him. 3.5 ppg on 26% shooting thus far. I thought he would be a more improved player this season, especially since Detroit doesn’t have a real identity.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI really liked Daye when he was drafted.. I thought it would take him a while to be a decent NBA player though because of his stregnth.. He still has twigs as arms and legs..

JunkYardDogParticipantAnd jerebko ?….. he’s better than daye and can be a great complementary piece to monroe.
Sullinger could be a nice addition to that young group. They just need to get rid of villanueva and stuckey. Gordon maxiell prince could be the experienced players of the roster.

JoeWolf12nd time he’s hit double figures all season, shooting 27% in Jan. One good game doesn’t mean he’s all of a sudden awesome. I suspect he’ll get better, but I don’t see him ever averaging more than 10 or 11 ppg in a bench role. He’s stuggling to earn minutes on a 4-15 team.

tbp82ParticipantI’ve wondered what Daye could do if given significant minutes on a regurlar basis. Is he in a situation like a young Jermanine O’Neal was and once he got a chance to get significant playing time turned into an all-star level player or is he more like a Robert Horry type who was a great complimentary piece.

apb540ParticipantThe next no body because he is not good just like the Detroit Pistons. How the hell does Joe Dumars still have his job??

RUDEBOY_ParticipantIn the past Daye had been giving starter minutes becuz,he’s played well for several games in a row,but then he returns to being inconsistent for several games in a row….I dont think you guys should get carried away, with this current streak….
If he wasnt so laid back he could be a star,he has the skills to be a much better player, but he’s been inconsistent and he seems satified with where’s he at…

HAMingtonGoiN11Participantdumars still has a job because of his championship days 20 years ago!!! when u pass on a carmelo anthony, give charlie V and Ben "Jack it up"Gordon those kind of contracts and don’t develop your young talent. Thats the only logical reason I can see that man having a job still

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantOne good game in his entire career and he’s suddenly a poor man’s Kevin Durant?
Try a poor man’s Tayshaun Prince.
