ProudGrandpaParticipantSo, after hearing all the kids talk about how great the Honey-Badger was, I wen and watched the original video and was greatly dissappointed.
The Honey-Badger (as well as Tyrann Mathieu) is massively overrated.
Not once did i manage more than a chuckle. In fact, this site is 50 times as funny…on a bad day.
If this video was posted in one of our giant April Fools humor threads (John Wall Fails, Jared Sullinger, What Made You Crack Up) before it made it big, it would be in the negatives, I guarantee.
Do you guys agree?

apb540ParticipantHow can you call either of the Honey Badgers overrated? I guess maybe the video is cuz the dude narrating is a square but the HB itself is about as bad ass as it gets.

ProudGrandpaParticipantBut the video is mediocre. It should definitely not have 27 million views and be an international phenomenon.

mikeyvthedonParticipantIt was jokes. I am usual as pretentious and skeptical as they come, as many here can attest, but even I thought the Honey Badger video was funny. I mean, Justin Bieber has a gazillion views and Shakira had a video for a song called "Waka Waka" that had 482 million views. Sure, they are famous, but I thought that "Honey Badger" video was kind of a clever jab at those wild life specials and such. Hence, it went viral and featured some lines about how bad@ss that particular animal is. Plus, the nickname fits Tyrann Mathieu to a tee. At the very least, I have no idea why you think Mathieu is overrated. That kid is an absolute monster. He is just all over the field and makes so many plays, definitely the most explosive defensive player this college season.

apb540ParticipantAs a true Sophmore in the SEC none-the-less.

You think the Honey Badger cares what you think? Honey Badger don’t care. Honey Badger don’t give a &$#%#&@!.
This is hilarious by the way.

ProudGrandpaParticipantNever mind, then. Forget I said anything.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantfunny as hell…have you lost your sense of humor or something, hopefully I can still laugh when I’m 100 years old…

ProudGrandpaParticipantI have not lost my sense of humor. SOme videos, such as "Greg Jennings, Broken Leg Scores on the Saints" had me gasping-for-breath laughing. Just yesterday, I watched the Marvin E. Quasniki Announces His Presidential Candidacy where a puppet named Marvin E Quasniki runs on the platform of "Eliminating Bull$hit". Funny stuff…
But this video is, well, nothing I haven’t said previously. So, to each his own, I suppose.

h44323ParticipantThe special attention he receives from opposing defenses present a problem, and Davis has struggled to score the ball at times as a result, but he still posted 13.4 points and 10.0 rebounds per game over five preseason games.
