Charlie SheenParticipantOrlando and New Orleans will only make things worse on themselves if they wait too long, I think Orlando should just call the lakers and offer
Dwight Howard, Hedo Turkoglu and Brandon Bass for Andrew Bynum, Lamar Odom, Devin Ebanks, Darius Morris, Trade-Player Exception, 3mil cash, 2 future 1st and 2 future 2nds
The Magic can then amnesty Gilbert Arenas and then use the TPE on a guy like Monta Ellis who may be on his way out of Golden State, that is enough assets for Dwight as its better than getting nothing
The Hornets should get a reality check and just take the only real deal they can get. Call New York and offer
Chris Paul, Aaron Gray and Quincy Pondexter for Chauncey Billups, Toney Douglas, Landry Fields, Derrick Brown, Bill Walker, Josh Harrelson, Trade-Player Exception, 3mil cash and a future 1st(2018 is the only year they can give up).
This isnt a great deal but really what choice do they have knowing how the NBA operates if Orlando and New Orleans miss the playoffs please believe Orlando will win the lottery like they always and do and add Anthony Davis to Andrew Bynum and New Orleans will get the #2 pick and draft Andre Drummond, The longer they wait the less they get its that simple as for New York and Los Angeles, especially New York its better to get CP3 as soon as possible so he can have some learning time with STAT and Melo instead of coming in mid-season and struggling when consistency is very important late in the season

duhrant35ParticipantOrlando should trade Dwight to the clippers for Eric gordan, deandre jordan, Eric Bledsoe, aminu, and the t wolves pick this year. I just don’t see a better deal than that for them. Can amnesty arenas still, be under the cap, and get 2 potential lottery picks in a loaded class. Thoughts?

SmooveKRYPTParticipantThe Clippers offer is the best one out there…except it’d have to include Kaman for cap purposes($12 mil expiring deal)

darko4prezParticipantDeandre Jordan is a Free Agent. The Thunder can offer the best deal.
Also, that is a terrible deal for the Hornets, why wouldn’t they just get Rondo?

r377ParticipantBut if they get dealt too early we lose half or threads on here……..

Charlie SheenParticipantthen we can discuss Deron Williams and who we think the next Big 3 will be

TyroberParticipantCp3 and Ariza for Kaman, Williams, Aminu, Bledsoe, Minnes pick and cash……… OR the same package for Dwight and Hedo. Couple young guns and a high lottery pick in a loaded class. Good time to rebuild because you KNOW they will end up with two lottery picks. Playing half the season and then trading them will kill their draft pick
