Very surprising news because I thought Kentucky had stopped recruiting him. Then again, I wondered why. Harris is really special. Many people think that Indiana has the edge in his recruiting. Although nobody would love that more than me, I think it will ultimately be tough for the Hoosiers to get him because of all the guards they’ve picked up. My previous prediction was Michigan State, but with Kentucky yet to have a pledge in 2012, I think they could have a great chance of making it interesting down the stretch.

LazarusMunozParticipantit will be interesting how this all plays out…I think Gary Harris is gonna make his official visit to IU with Yogi,Hanner, and all the rest of the IU 2012 commits.
Im really hoping IU is able to land Harris…

hiphopismylifeParticipantLaZarus Munoz you’re probably right because I was hearing that IU would move Hoosier Hysteria so he’d be there for it on his official visit, so i’d imagine the other 2012 guys would be there.
Judging by how his recruitment has gone, I think Indiana has probably been his favorite school but isn’t the best fit, making for a tough decision. The fact that they’re still in it with the amount of guards he’d be playing with and their current lack of a scholarship for him shows how well they’re recruiting him.
I’ve always believed it would be tough for IU to get him, but that news is encouraging.
