For me it is James Anderson the former Big 12 player of the year and current San Antonio Spurs player. I was huge on him coming out of the draft, and felt that he was the best SG in the draft after Evan Turner, and had the potential to be a double digit scorer after his rookie campaign, but Gary Neal took that from him. I would like to hear who else people are interested in.

gordan hayward and wes johnson. They will probably both be starters this year. Gordan came on really strong near the end of the year and I and very excited about him. Wesley had a very inconsistent year but i know he is good. I can picture him averaging around 12-15 points this next season.

a handful. Blake griffin is at the top of the list. But i also really want to see what evan turner and gordan hayward do and if they can develop into players worthy of their draft pick.

Thats a good one. I’m guna have to be lame and pick John Wall because I want to see if hes guna disappear out in Washington and just be the guy who puts up nice numbers on a perrenial lottery team or really take the next step forward to start competing for all star spots in a conference loaded at his position.

    There are a couple..

1.Wall-I want to see if he will make that leap to superstardom..

2.Cousins-I wonder will he realize how great he can be?

3.Paul George-Might be the most improved player in the league next year…

    4.Xavier Henry-He showed poise & played good defense for a rookie,before he got hurt…

5.Ed Davis & Patrick Patterson are talented players stuck behind vets…

6.Hayward-Played well in spurts last season..Will he put it all 2gether next season?

7.Avery Bradley-Played ok when he was given minutes..Scores points in a hurry..Will Doc give him more minutes?

Derrick Favors! I am dying to see how well he enhances his play with the 2nd unit & Kanter. This will be very interesting to see how well he meshes with a deep frontcourt rotation. This will be a boom or bust type situation, he HAS to make something happen immediately in order not to be on the block again.

Paul George. He had a little breakout playoffs and he reminds me a little bit of Tracy McGrady when T-Mac was in Toronto.

As a Celtics fan Im really looking forward to Bradley getting some minutes, at either the one or the two. I could definitely see a small backcourt in the future of my squad with Rondo and Bradley, but having Moore right there to help with bigger guards. But as an NBA fan, I want to see how Wall accepts full control of this squad or will a Blatche or someone else stall those plans.

John Wall – He’s gotten bigger and taller. Flip Saunders said that he might have grown 1-2 inches over the offseason. And he’s supposedly been putting a lot of work into that jumper, so I want to see how much it has really improved.

Ed Davis – He was very skinny last year, but showed a lot of promise. He has a soft touch and a good rebounder. He’s supposedly gained a lot of mass and shedded unnecessary body fat. I want to see how much he improves, and how many minutes he plays because now that they have Bargs moving to PF, minutes might not be available, especially since they have a very solid PF in Amir Johnson. Also, new coach Dwayne Casey also seems to forget to mention his name in every interview, so maybe he won’t be a big part of his gameplan?

Jordan Crawford – He was the starter down the stretch for the Wizards last season, and had some highs and lows. He was a good scorer, but wasn’t efficient. He’s kind of selfish, but is a excellent passer with great court vision. He’ll probably be the 6th man this season if everyone remains healthy, so I wan to see how he plays off the bench, and how much progress he’s made on his jumpshot.

Paul George – Smooth, athletic wing with a smooth stroke. He’s already a good defender, but is still raw offensively. Doesn’t have much ISO ability due to poor ball-handling. But lets keep in mind that he’s fairly young. Everyone knew he was “raw” coming in. He will undoubtedly get better at shooting the ball – his stroke is very good, there is simply no question that he’s going to be at least a quality shooter in this league. He’s tall and can get his shot off above a lot of players, reminds me of McGrady in that respect. But I want to see how much he improves offensively.

Kevin Seraphin – Was pretty much an unknown last season. Was the #17 pick, but he’s very raw. Was out of shape last season, but he said that he’s foucusing on keeping his body fat down. He’s a big with a mean streak, and is a load in the paint with a soft touch. Also has to improve his English.

The jazz have started a young nucleus and at the center of it is the belief Kanter and Favors will be beasts down low. I think Favors needs to improve to make the young nucleus be special and hayward needs to compete to be a starter and a consistant scorer.

I really wanna see how Eric Bledsoe plays this year, this clips team could be potentially very special if he develops into a solid player. His speed in transition is differnce maker and his strength allows him to abuse smaller pgs. He really needed to work on cutting his turnovers down and work on his shooting, but i think he has the makings of a very solid player in this league. If he shows marked improvement in those two areas I think he could replace Mo Williams in the starting lineup.

Another player i’m very interested in seeing this year is Greg Monroe, I thought he played out of position last year as Detriots C and changed his game from what he saw from him at Georgetown. I hope detriot moves him to his mor natural PF spot and allows him to work in the high post where his passing and court vision can be utilized more then they were last year where he spent the majority of his minutes in the low post. He really suprised me with his toughness and rebounding last year and I hope he continues to board like he did. Id like to see him work more on that 12-15 foot jumper and develop a couple more interior post moves, so when he does decide to hit the low block he has more weapons in his arsenal. He has special passing talents and put together a really solid rookie year, I def wanna see what he brings this year.

Blake Griffin – Obvious reasons. He was a monster last season. I’m anxious to see what he’ll do in year two and if he can lead LAC into the playoffs. His work ethic is crazy, so I can’t wait to see what improvements he’s made. Reports are that he started working out and was back in the gym in May.

Gordon Hayward – He’s so underrated. He’s been working hard this summer. He’s gotten bigger. More confident. He’s going to shock a lot of people next season and I can’t wait to tell everybody "I told you so."

Paul George – The Toronto version of Tracy McGrady comparisons are legit. He’s been working hard on his offensive game this summer and look for him to start letting people know that Danny Granger is expendable.

Eric Bledsoe and Al-Farouq Aminu – These two LAC rookies showed some good things last season. Came back to LA early along with Griffin and started getting to work. I want to see the improvements they’ve made and if they can cement themselves as rotation players or starters.

Hayward and Favors, both have alot of untapped potential and I see them having big yrs , if we have a season.  I love that the Jazz FO want Hayward to play the 2, he gives us a bigger, longer, tough 2, Favors is so athletic and the sky is the limit on how good he becomes.  Strength and toughness , with a bit of an attitude is what I want to see from Favors this coming season.

Xavier Henry – This has to be his year. He has to prove he can be an asset to the organization early in the year so that Mayo can be traded.

Blake Griffin – This guy had one of the best rookie seasons in league history, and he has huge room for improvement. He needs to improve his midrange jumper, but to me he is a player you can build a winning team around.

Demarcus Cousins – Never was a big fan, but you can’t deny his talent. Sacramento is a broken team right now, a terrible place for a guy with issues like him to be in. I also am afraid of the shape he’ll be in after a long lockout.
