I honestly haven’t even really looked at the players in the 2nd round, so I can only pick for the 1st round

Wizards: Vesely or Kanter. Vesely, Wall and McGee on the break would just be crazy (and maybe Booker). The Wizards need an upgrade at the 3. As a UK fan, I would love to see Kanter and Wall on the same team. If they get Kanter, they should look to move Blatche, which they should probably do anyway.

Thunder: Johnson or Honeycutt. Johnson could give us some low post scoring and also a big with good range (which we really have none of) and some added defense, which is always a good thing. With Honeycutt, we have great starters and backups for the most part already, but Cook is the weak link in our 2nd rotation. He could still come in when we need shooters, but Honeycutt could turn out to be a much better player than Cook. Hopefully he would be able to accept playing behind Durant and if not, we could just use him for trade bait.

Celtics: Jeremy Tyler or if they dont plan on resigning Big Baby they should take JaJuan Johnson.

Thunder: Honeycutt only.  I hope those Reggie Jackson promises are not true.  That would really fry me.

I would like to Suns to pick Fredette. But with Jonas Valanciunas not being able to  come out until next year there is a lot of talk of him really falling and he would be an awesome pickup for #13.

Also I think Kyle Singler would be a great fit with the Thunder.

That would be a steal for the Celtics if Tyler ends up working out well.

@KDThunder, what about Motiejunas? If Honeycutt is gone, then I wouldn’t mind taking a chance with him

Latest rumors say that Burks might be in for a slide if the Bucks pass on him at 10, im praying he falls to 17…
Biyombo, Klay, Jimmer are also guys that MIGHT be available, but more than unlikely

    Realistic options would include…

MBrooks, MKMorris, DMorris, and Josh Selby

Brooks can ‘develop’ to be a nice scorer off the bench..
MKMorris would be pretty good backup to Amare, plays defense, and can hit the 3
DMorris can learn under Billups, if he develops a shot, he can be pretty good
and Selby, at this point is just potential, but like Brooks, i think he can develop to be a good bench scorer..

I mean, we have the 17th pick, were not looking for the next superstar, just a guy that can come in and help right now…

I want the pacers to get markieff morris, but my favorite college player is iman shumpert, and he would not fit very well in the offense of the pacers, unfortunately.

They trade Granger and pick up the #2 where they take Derrick Williams.  That would be amazing!

I think there are quite a few nice picks in this draft.

Parsons,Burks,Brooks,Motie,Valancius, and Vesely are the highlights.

I think people are sleeping on Kanter, even though he would be best suited for Pf in NBA

    Raptors: Jan Vesely

Then I would like to pick up either a mid 1st for Biyombo, or a late 1st to get Norris Cole, so we can get a backup pg.

Personally, I’m hoping for the LAKERS to select:

Iman Shumpert (will be gone probably)

Josh Selby (could be around in the 2nd tier)

Malcolm Lee (same thing as above)

    Kyle Singler (maybe)

    Travis Leslie

    Norris Cole

    Kalin Lucas

    Nolan Smith

    DeAndre Liggins

    Julyan Stone

I agree with he Got game…
I hope Shumpert drops to us, but it’s not likely..so I’m say
    Malcom Lee
    Julyan Stone
    Kieth Benson
and the fourth pick doesn’t matter because we are not going to keep all four picks.

I pray for kahn to do something. like draft kanter, or knight with the 2nd (Its Kahn so Its Possible) so MY JAZZ can get Williams, then hope that because of the buy out situation Jonas falls to us @ #12

I don’t know why people don’t think Harris could be our PG,

Jeremy Tyler in the first, Matt Howard in the second. I don’t think Howard is worthy of a draft pick , he is worthy of an NBA opportunity though and that’s more then I can say for some of these bums.

at 28. Honeycutt I know not likely to be there but I did see one mock (I think Chris Ford) where he was there.

at 30. foreign player to stash. Bertans, Mirotic. Or Tyler.

at 43. Leslie, Shumpert or Hopson.

IF they have a SG targeted and truely believe in then trade Gibson to get that SG and draft a Harper, Thompkins or Johnson at 28

@SubZero – I would really like Motiejunas if he fell that far to 24.  Thunder do need a post scoring threat, and Motie can also spread the floor to allow Westbrook to have clear lanes.  But, if it came down to both Honeycutt and Motie there it would be a tough pick, but I think Honeycutt would be my pick (just like his skills translating to the league better as Motie is a high risk/reward player to me)

Wizards – I hope they can somehow get Kanter (him and Wall are friends), but if they cant get him im hoping for Leonard or Vesely

Spurs – Hopefully they can trade Parker for the 5th or 7th pick and take Jonas, Vesely or Leonard. If they cant trade up then im hoping for Shelvin Mack, Chandler Parsons, Josh Selby, JaJuan Johnson, Kenneth Faried (i wish), Iman Shumpert…theres a lot of options late first round.

I want Kanter, but I doubt he falls to #6. There have been reports that the Wizards are trying to trade up with either Utah or Cleveland. So if we made a deal, I’d take Kanter. But if we stay put at #6 and Kanter doesn’t fall, I’d take Vesely.

at 3: Knight. Not sold on Kanter since he still might be rusty after not playing competitive basketball for over a year.

at 12: Singleton. I highly doubt that AK will be back next year. Leonard and Vesely will probably be gone by the 12th pick. So Singleton could be the next best player to replace AK.

Sounds like us Thunder and Wizards all want the same thing lol I forgot about Parsons, he’s one of my favorite players in the draft. If the Wiz get Kanter or someone other than Vesely/Leonard, I think we should get him in the 2nd if he’s still around

I want the Pacers to get a good shooting guard.  Maybe Burks or Klay Thompson.  Jimmer would be a good pick too.  I don’t think that Morris & Morris are better than Psycho T.

I want to see the Grizzlies get a good player who pans out.  More importantly I want us not to trade OJ Mayo (who can turn into a great sixth man like Jason Terry but with better passing, ball handling, and defensive skills), ESPECIALLY NOT for Kyle Korver and a late first round pick.  … but, that is a rumored trade on the Grizzlies message board.  At 49 I like Jamie Skeen who can hit some 3’s and play some 4.  Greg Smith has some support on our board.  Matt Howard could be another good pick up who can hit outside shots and hit the boards.  He can be our spot-up 3 point shooter and our replacement for Shane Battier (it doesn’t sound like we will resign him).
