    Source – http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news?slug=aw-wojnarowski_tony_parker_spurs_nba_draft_062111

mentions the kings as well as another team they have talked to..the spurs are looking for a high draft pick..

as a raptors fan i dont know one hand Parker is an amzing pointguard who can defintly help the raptors but on the other hand i would like to more young pieces join the raptors.

Prehaps a solution could be to trade the pick (+whatever) for parker and then try to aquire a mid first round pick to get a high risk high reward player (example – Mismack Biyombo (who the raptors are apperently pretty high on))

You beat me to it!. (posting the rumor)

Anyways, I think that if George Hill can be a solid starting PG,-which i think he does- and they can get a big in Kanter, or maybe Vesely, or Valanciunas, than they can continue to contend. I feel like they are looking for the Tim Duncan to David Robinson. (Tim Duncan now playing the role of David Robinson) But in thsi draft, you have to get lucky to get a star out of it. But then again, the Spurs are amazing drafters and talent evaluaters.

Would be a good trade if they could get rid of Calderons contract

Parker’s not a free agent. He signed an extension before the season started.

Tony Parker will be over the hill by the time the Raptors young core develop into anything.

    This is a bad trade.

Why can’t BC just do a true rebuild already?  STOP patching the damn team.

I actually kind of like the version of this that has Tony to the Kings.  He could help steady that club in a big way that I’m not sure a young guard could. Toronto, however, is too far away.
