Come on, if you watch the show how he meant it was, there is no "we will win it next year" for us, like no excuses, they must win the title this year.

Maybe it was just shortened for time.  Cause when he was talking about his jersey sales they skipped a part as well.

I think that part was a throw off so people wont notice what happened the first time he was cut off.

with no truly no dominant team, this year is as good as any for the HEAT.

I picked them to win over the Lakers in my local newspaper’s contest.  Barkley likes the Heat this year.  He likes the Lakers too but he doesn’t think they will win it all though.  John Hollinger likes Heat over Lakers for the championship.

The Big Three are there.  If Wade is the first option and the go-to-guy going down the stretch then LBJ is the BEST second option out there.  Chris Bosh then makes a GREAT third option.  … if they can get Haslem back in time for the later rounds then he will add a spark and toughness of the bench.  Dampier is a load.  The rest of the role players (Big Z, Bibby, Miller, James Jones, Joel Anthony, Chalmers) are decently solid.  Especially if Mike & Mike can hit 3’s.

A great 1 and 1a punch with a solid/very good 3rd option, plus defense, plus some big centers to take up space/rebound/foul, with a few guys who can hit 3’s is the way to win the championship.

I don’t think that the Heat’s role players/bench players are as bad as everyone says they are.

I love how the Heat ended the season, all of the big 3 were doing good at the same time and they were playing defence.  I’ve seen Lebron in the playoff’s and I’ve seen Wade but they won’t be able to take over like that anymore, need to keep taking what the D gives them.
