    Hoopshype reported a potential trade of Chris Bosh this offseason, how about this deal?

    • Chris Bosh to Sacramento for Marcus Thornton, Samuel Dalembert (S&T) and Jason Thompson

    Why?

    Miami adds 3 players who can contribute. Thompson and Dalembert provide frontcourt depth, and starters. Thornton can be the offensive spark off the bench. That, and it also allows Miami to add a potential center in FA to increase the frontcourt depth since noone can really stop James and Wade

    Sacramento gets Bosh, Evans, Cousins and a top 5 this year. If they can land Irving, they would have Irving-Evans-Casspi-Bosh-Cousins going to Anahiem.

    So an all-star and franchise caliber player for an old center, pf who isn’t good, and an offensive guard when they already have enough offense?

    I was thinking it’s a little too much, that’s why I was wondering.  Even though I disagree, Dalembert is still a solid defensive player, Thompson is good, just never gets solid mintues and Thornton is a great bench player, but maybe Sacramento can throw in a 2012 1st round pick?

     the trade isnt bad at all though i would hate Bosh on either team i root for,the Heat need a real big man who actually plays defense and rebounds the ball which is Dalembert and Jason Thompson is very similar to Udonis Haslem, i would pass if i were Sacramento anyway Bosh said last season Classic moment…heading to time out…Fan screams to Bosh…"You coming to Sacramento next Year?"…Bosh looks his way and says "Hell no"!

    I agree with tongue out like 23.They can just get a center and not get ill-advised pieces.What is their progress on signing Eddy Curry?

     The HEAT aren’t going to trade any of the big 3 this year or next year. If they get to the finals by the end of next year then they will look into trading Chris Bosh. Obviously Lebron and Wade are untouchable, but this group is still getting better. They are only going to get better the longer they play with each other. They were expected to have problems the first year they were together. Noone expected them to win it all this year.

    Actually I like this trade.  It is a bit unconventional but I think people forget at one point Jason Thompson was an untouchable.  I dont see why he can’t be a poor man Bosh(Miami version) and they would also get a legit defensive Center. 

    Bosh in Miami is not given the freedoms he had in Toronto which has devalued him to some degree.  Thompson is a better player than he has shown because Sacramento is not playing him as much as before and seem to not know they are doing with all that young talent.  The West has gotten weaker and a Bosh/Cousins front court would be tough to defend plus Kings got cap/and a top 5 pick

    I think they should replace Thornton with Green though to make it even out since Thornton is a free agent next year and also he is not a good defender or has the desire to be one.  Green can be push to be a good defender and allow them to have some crazy line up with Green sometimes at the 2 guard.

    i see the point of this trade because it would prolly make the heat a deeper team but i wouldnt do this trade because bosh is an allstar and the other 3 are not…also bosh makes this team much more dangerous.
