I know they struggled at the end of the season, but they are still top 25 worthy. They still have a ton of talent and I think the loss of Corey Fisher will help the team. Wayns will show off his skills, and Yarou and Cheek will continue to develop. I just think they are still top 25 worthy,

I know they are losing Johnson and Moore, but they still have alot of experience coming back.

Hummel comes back, with starters ryne smith, lewis jackson, and dj byrd.  Top bench players who played big minutes this year and will undoubtedly get better in terone johnson, kelsey barlow, as well travis carrol.  A couple good recruits in jacob lawson and donnie hale.  They may not win the big ten but they will be a tough scrappy defensive team that has quite a bit of experience coming back.  They will be a top 25 team and a tournament team once again!!!

I don’t think Nova or Purdue should be in the top 25 in the preseason.

Purdue loses there two best players, and Hummel still might not be healthy.

Nova loses there two top scorers and there leading rebounder, and were horrible to end the season this year.

I wouldn’t be surprised if either moved up when the season starts, but as of right now I don’t think they should be in the top 25.

Is this your top 25? My opinion

    • Move Memphis down
    • Move Florida up
    • Move Syracuse down
    • Move Kentucky up
    • Move Arizona up

    • Marquette out
    • George Mason out
    • Texas A&M in
    • Baylor in
    • LSU into the others group

duke doesnt deserve to be in the top 5 on the preseason list. Were just 2 young. And unless the plumlees make a dramatic change and can become good offensive players i dont think we can compete with carolina legitimately if barnes does decide to come back

Maybe I’m crazy, but I just saw a team FULL of freshman and sophomores (with one junior) win a national title. If age/experience is the case….what about Kentucky?

UCLA, maybe a lil too high? Their backcourt is looking a lil shaky with guys who haven’t proven to play at a high level yet to be 15th. (Jones, Anderson, although he’s really improved, and Lamb…don’t think the frosh will have a huge impact either). There frontcourt is def loaded though. And Josh Smith should be a candidate for Pac 10 POY if he improves as much as ppl expect next yr.

UCLA is that high because I think Lee will return. He hasn’t hired a agent yet, but if he does leave they will drop a little.

Marquette is not 17, and they are like my number two team behind georgetown

The loss of jimmy butler will be tough on them even though DJ Odom and Chrowder are still there

I’m just glad Memphis has a chance to become one of the elite teams again.
