HandDownManDown13ParticipantI’ve watched this kid alot and im not sure why people dont see the Kevin Durant comparison. I really feel like this kid plays a lot like Durant did as a freshman for texas.
I think we will see Quincy Miller be the most talented player out of this class as he goes to the pros. I’m really high on this kid.

HaleParticipantI think most people, myself included, are tired of hearing the Kevin Durant comparison everytime a long forward comes a long, just like how many people got sick of every euro big getting compared to Dirk.

HandDownManDown13ParticipantI’m just comparing him because of how tight his handle is. Also his ability to hit contested jumpshots. I feel like he has the same offensive game as Durant. He is very good at getting his jumper off in traffic, and with that size and skill he compares to durant very nicely.

HaleParticipantI’m not knocking your comparison, just saying that it a very overused one. Miller does seem to be the most similar to Durant of the ones that I have seen.

canesboy6ParticipantNo, he isn’t KD. He reminds me of Stephen Jackson. 6’8 athletic point forward. I don’t think he is an elite NBA athlete but has a crazy wingspan.

Mr. 19134ParticipantI agree that Quincy Jones is the best player in that class and he will be the number one pick next year regardless if Irving and Barnes stay or not. Baylor might have 2 consecutive number one picks with Perry Jones and Quincy Miller.
I don’t like when people compare other players to Durant either because Durant is truly one of a kind nobody with all that length should have his shot and perimeter skills. He got like Ray Allens talent in Javell McGee’s body that’s insane. But Quincy Miller is the closest thing I have saw to Durant.
Miller has to be close to 6’10 he is easily 6’9 this with what will probably measure out to be a very long wingspan has Durant’s unique blend of size and length combined with rare perimeter abilities. Miller got a killer instinct too which really makes me like the comparison. Miller got the juice. You can see it when he plays and it’s easy to tell that John Wall is one of his best friends and mentor. Miller is a streaky shooter now but so was Durant in college. But Miller also is a very nice passer and defender right now. And he may more the more athletic finisher in traffic. But he has a long ways to go before mastering the craft that Durant is wielding.
While we were talking about it before I go I just wanted to send an LeBryan Nash warning he will be a top 5 pick.

TooNice4TVParticipantACL tear? Let’s see how he recovers from this first with no first class treatment.
Pretty huge deal for a high school prospect with high hopes.
