    That was a tough dunk though but yeah Mcgee needs to get minutes and needs to develop.  I think some of it will come with time.  Also he needs to get stronger and possibly bigger.  I mean not to big but maybe play like Pau Gasol or Dalembert on defense.  Both of these guys are smaller player but they play pretty tough on d.
