McDunkinB.J. Young sg – great scoring guard
Ky Madden sg – athletic playmaker and defender
Aaron Ross sf – 6’8 almost a reverse Hummel in the sense that he can handle and pass the ball, but is stronger and more of his scoring is done around the rim.
Hunter Mickelson c – 6’10 the jajuan johnson of the group. skinny and long big man that doesnt have the strength to consistently use his back to the basket game which makes him play as a face up big most of the time.
I think this group will have the same effect the Big 3(Scott Martin transferred to Notre Dame) has had for Purdue and i think they will be a great core for the Razorbacks all 4 years of their careers

TheWizardParticipantI see the comparison, but their has probably been dozens of other teams that have had the same type of players.

Counting StarsParticipantI’ve grown up in Arkansas and remember their run to the national title from when I was about 12. The program hasn’t made a ton of noise since then (Nolan Richardson getting fired for making racial comments aside).
I have no real emoetional attachment to the Razorbacks since I didn’t go to school there but would like to see people get almost as excited about their basketball program as they do about the football program.
