Toronto may not do a sign and trade with Chris Bosh! They were upset with his tweets throughout the period leading up to the free agency period and after. They weren’t getting any quality offers too. Does this mean that the Raptors will have cap space and get some quality free agents if they choose to let Bosh just sign out right with any team?

What offers do you think the Raptors should get in order for a sign and trade to work from the teams that Bosh has listed?

Or, what should the Raptors do if they let Bosh sign with any team without a sign and trade.

fuck bosh lol… the guy is good but he’s thinks way to much of himself… he is a really good player… but trust me if he is the man his team wont be that great… trust me, always flops… maybe we should just keep the money play out the year, try to get Demar going and maybe he turns into something good… he works hard… we may need to keep the money with all the bad deals on our team lol

Just because a team lets a max free agent go doesn’t mean they are going to be allowed to sign another max free agent. It depends if they are over the luxury tax. If a team loses a max free agent and is over the luxury tax, the maximum signing they can make is $5 million. If a team is under the luxury tax and loses a max free agent, they can sign another max free agent. Now I don’t know if Toronto is over or under the luxury tax. Can somebody tell me?

The Raptors should just focus on our young guys now, Derozan, Weems, Johnson, Davis and doing a sign and trade will take away really needed minutes from these guys.

MARZ is dead on and Zero is dead on but there has to be a deal.

The Raps spent 46 Mil so far with 10 players not including Davis and Alabi.

Im very glad to see Raptors fans okay with NOT SPENDING MONEY. I hope BC realizes that before he does something stupid (AGAIN). Heres the thing thou.BC needs to stop being a bitcch and stop trying to play hardball before he gets burned! Even if he just does a deal for a 1st Round Draft Pick and a 2nd Round Draft Pick along with a 17 Million dollar TE, at least we get 2 quality young players in the future. Also you never know, during the Season maybe Iggy and Turner dont mesh the same way K-Mart and Evans didnt, maybe Felton gets into a fight with one of his teamates and becomes the next T.J.Ford maybe an oppurtunity occurs where a good young veteran or young player becomes available and a TE can make the deal.. If Bosh just walks with no S&T I hope BC gets fired.

I think the Raptors should just trade Bosh for something! We can atleast get Beasley, Chalmers and Anthony and a couple of first round picks. I mean that is not a bad idea! We can gamble on Beasley and see if he pays off. I have a feeling that it is just Miami’s atmosphere that is bringing down Beasley. Maybe if he comes to Toronto, a fresh new start will revive him and his career.

    Calderon/Jack/Chalmers
    DeRozan/Bellinelli
    Weems/Beasley/Turkoglu
    Bargnani/Johnson/Davis
    Alabi/Anthony

Then maybe we can trade Calderon and there were rumours that Phoenix was interested in Hedo Turkoglu. So maybe we can trade both those players and get a quality centre in return.

I’m confused with Toronto. They drafted Davis and gave Amir 34 million.

Other then that, What did you expect from Bosh? He is called the Rupaul of Big Men for a reason. I think the Raptors will look for a S&T in the end however.

I guess Bargnani will be playing more centre for Johnson and Davis to play PF. As of right now we do not have a good centre at all!

I agree knicksboy32, bosh is pampered. Have you read his tweets? They are so unnecessary.

Lets be realistic..Bargnani is not one of the worser C`s in the league.Look around at what else there is.He is easily Top 15 maybe Top 10 C.He only averaged 6 RPG and that stat definitely needs to go up thats obviously expected of him, but its kinda deflated with Bosh averaging 11 rpg and Amir averaging 5 in such limited minutes. It seems like Bargnani was there to BOX OUT the biggest player on the floor. His offensive rebounds are at 1.3PG but he plays around the perimeter for the most part.Im not saying I`m just saying…he`s a good player and we should be happy we have him for 10 Mil the next 5 years. We will not win a championship with Bargnani playing at 5 and he is kinda soft lined up against physical C`s but if he gets 10 RPG next season then he is probally going to be considered one of the best C`s in the league.

Hedo stated he`s fine with playing in Toronto and would like to return..I think his stock is too low to go anywhere else so we will get a good workout from him the next season and trade him at the deadline.

It seems from the rumors raptors don’t want Beasley? could anyone explain to me why they don’t want him. I mean, the supposed mental problems were in last year and i haven’t really seen him do anything wrong this year. Also he’s only 21 younger than guy’s like Blake griffin and Evan turner! Plenty of time still to develop.

i would take beasley in a heart beat…y lose bosh for nothing… at least if we get beasley and chalmers ( anthony not a bad through in, plays good defence and knows his role ) they may end up being somethin… beasley is young and just need a change of senery… T.O. would be great for him… Jay Triano is a good offencsive coach… take in how efficeint our offence was even when bosh was out… he could use beasley a lot better then what Miami did… and chalmers is a young player who can defend and shoot a bit… we would use him lol… obviously we aren’t gonna win now… get young and let guys play and take there lumps… they will be something eventually… some1 will become good outta the group.. there is way more talent on the raptors then people give them credit for.. DeRozen, Weems, Bargs(trust me from watching him all the time…. this man can fuckin play), Ed Davis seems like he can be solid and possibly too with Alabi(maybe lol), just add Beasely to that group with Chalmers, plus we will be wack this year so we will get a good draft pick next year… that would be a really good athletic group
