wow i read that in the paper this morning haha! but im happy about that, he should be 3rd string point behind nash and dragic. personally, i like him better than dragic, but its cool that we got the all-american. can somebody explain to me why an all-american wasnt drafted???

We’re talking about a McDonalds All American, the Big East Freshman of The Year, Big East Player of the Year, and First Team All American, He almost won Big East Player of the Year over Wes Johnson again this year. His Junior year he lead Nova to the final four on a buzzer beater, not his only buzzer beaters. And has provided countless its not over till its over moments in college basketball because of his clutch play. Scottie Reynolds is the real deal and if he wasn’t hurt through most of the year ur talking about a ready to go senior who averaged 20 a game. His injury limited his production to the tune of 1st Team All American too.

He wasn’t even invited to the combine so it seemed like a longshot he would of been drafted the whole time, why i have no idea he got everything you want in a professional basketball player.

wow! i sure as hell hope we sign him! we’ve been known to make stupid moves with rookies. what numbers do you think he can put up 2 or 3 years down the road? I know for sure that he should be Nash’s replacement once he retires. I just hope they give him significant minutes.

Reynolds has won everywhere he went. I forgot to mention Olympian in that lil resume i put up there because he was a member of the USA juniors team in ’07 after his freshman year where he became the go to scorer by the end of the year. Nova made it to the NCAA tournament all four years Reynolds played their mainly because of Scottie. His buzzer beater in the elite eight two years ago to send Nova into the final four where they lost to eventual champions UNC is now a classic shot that will always be remembered in Philly. He even lead Nova to a 2 seed this year despite gimping through most of the season. Everything about him and the way he played in college screams Chauncy Billups. Will he be the next Billups? No I doubt it. Can he be a leader and a professional and put up numbers and win in the league? Without a doubt.

Reynolds in 2 years could be putting up around 15 n 6.

Thats promising. I wonder why teams slept on him so bad though. with that resume, he and Jerome Randle should each be some of the best undrafted free agents in the history of the NBA.

Good for him. Im glad he went to a team like the suns that run that open offense where he can get out there & just be a basketball player. I will go out & say that come the all-star break Reynolds will be playing in the rookies vs soph game!
