If ScareCrow Were GM of the Sixers

First off let me start by saying I am not crazy( which is typically a give way that some one is)
And I have no intention of sounding like a complete homer who thinks unrealistically about the players on my team or the state of the cap before the Summer of Lebron and new CBA negotiations…With the #2 pick I feel the team got a huge chip to deal to greatly improve the depth of the roster…If we keep the pIck, yes we get the most skilled player in the draft(today)…But by making the deal out there to be made we can fix all our problems in 1 draft…Let me give you a hypothetical scenario that is very possible…

We Trade the # 2 Pick to the Wolves for the 4th/16th and 23rd picks in the 1st round…It’s very possible…is that 3rd pick( who will most likely be a role player at best) really the deal breaker??? They apparently loved Turner…That they said they’d consider him at #1 at one Point over John Wall…Why not trade Cousins and two role players when Cousins does not want to play there and Turner is your guy…??? My Other Targets may not all be there at 16 and 23 …My 3 Targets after Cousins are Henry…Babbit and George

If the deal with The Wolves is made I am not done…I may be throwing one of the Contracts to a team like Memphis for their picks as well…
Iguadola for all the Picks 12th/25th and 28th…Ensure yourself the most picks in the 1st round…Essentially we trade Iggy and Turner for 6 1st rounders,…4th/12th/16th/23rd/25th and 27th…Using the picks to either build around Holiday or move up and down for the right players or picks…With 6 picks you have a lot of options…The fact you still have enough picks to fill the roster and take a risk chances…Cousins at 4 is not a bad move at all…He could be the next great center…the baggage he comes with makes him a bigger risk than trading him for an Established Center…but with no risk comes no reward..we take Him and hope the draft plays out like this…

Well have another lotto pick if we stink and 20 million swing at a free agent or 2…With Iguadola Gone I believe we’ll have over 30 Million Plus in 2011…We could buy out Brand if we strike out on a big fish…This team is a young and talented team on paper and they all have toughness and Defense…with some good offensive weapons…Lou/Thad/Babbit/Henry/Meeks/M16 and Cousins…add the D of Holiday/Henry/Stephanson/James and Dalembert and they’ll be a respectable line up…All they have to do is work inside outside
Use Cousins on the Block dissing to the Open Henry and Speights…Jrue and Thad slashing and creating plays for Team…Lou, Luke and Lance provide scoring of the bench and all 3 can be 6 man…We still have Bledsoe to groom at backup point and we may trade him for a defensive stopper around the Rim (Whiteside or Alabi) Bledsoe and other young guy like Meeks could get Alabi… James and Lance provide tough D up top…Henry is no slouch as the new starting Shooting Guard….We see the young guys grow and take our chances in next years Free Agency with Over 30 Million in Cap and The Youngest core in the L….Minus Brand
