valentinejust wondering since a couple of people took the clippers win over the lakers overboard and said the clippers will challenge for that 8th spot. i said it then and ill say it now they arent making it. there are still alot of games left int he season but i think they are at least 2 steps behind okc and the grizz as well as houston

the I in winParticipantDon’t think they will make it. Baron Davis hasn’t been good with the Clippers and they are always injured.

llperezi said before the season the clippers would be the 8th seed. But now i dont see anyway they make the playoffs. Gordon has been inconsistent as has davis. Add in injuries and thornton taking a step backwards this seaosn and kaman is supposed to lead this team? Also, the rest of the west has been better then i expected particularly the suns and the grizz

IndianaBasketballParticipantYea… I predicted them to make the playoffs as a 7th or 8th seed, but I just don’t see it happening now. I agree that they’re two steps behind Houston, Memphis and Oklahoma City.
Griffin being ruled out for the season was a huge blow. Add in the injuries to Kaman, Gordon and Thornton, and the team has just been inconsistent. I think they’ll make another push for a playoff spot after the All-Star break, but they’ll come up short.
