valentinehe’s been the second most impressive freshman and him and wall have been head and shoulders above the rest of the freshmen…sitting here watching him drop 31. i have to agree with aran he reminds me alot of jimmy jackson…hes leading the number one team in scoring with has to bea a feat in it self when its a potential title winning team

QHaynes20I said the same thing last week.
I think Johnson from Syracuse is more likely tho

ckessler33Participantis better and has played against better teams, and has to lead a young team as a fresh. Xaiver Henry will def be challenging for the #2 spot, depends on who has it though, he would be a great fit with Utah since they have New York’s pick

lalailaParticipantBEAST mark it..top 5 pick IMO
you need to be future’s star to lead best team in the nation i scoring in your freshmen season ( he is even young freshmen, he will be 18 for almost all season) last one i remember was Melo?
BTW why ppl telling this freshmen class as a weak??? i see top two pick and three top 5 pick then don’t sleep on DeMarcus and Renardo of course. and there is still Lance, Avery Bledsoe and Henson who might won’t be 2010 draftees but they are from the same class

JoeWolf1LaSalle has pretty good guards and tall ones at that at 6’5” and 6’6” and he went 10-15 from 2, 4-5 from 3 and 7-9 from the line. I am excited to see how he plays against Michigan, Cal, and Temple, and in the Big 12. I agree though, it depends on who has the #2 pick, team needs play a huge part in draft order. I think teams like Utah, Minnesota, Chicago, and New Orleans would all be a good fit for him, but lottery teams like Memphis, Philly, New Jersey, Indiana, Washington and Detroit would all pass on him.

Michael.S.ParticipantCome on, you hav got to be kidding me. He is good, very good, but I don’t even see him as a top 8 pick. drafting him above Favors, Motiejunas, Walker, George, Monroe, Davis, Sidney and even Henson is pretty silly.

gregoden08ParticipantFavors is going above Henry and it’s not even close…

quincey hodgesfor one if henson goes in the draft he’s making a huggggggggggggggggggggge mistake..hes not even ready to start for his college team( and no its not like the championship team where williamas was the 6th man cuz henson isnt even the 6th or 7th man).. also utah has no need for another pf what they really need and want is sg…bad..thats all people in utah talk about. with all these teams being young with young good players they start to draft at a position of needs. he is showing that he could deserve it. i actually didnt even have him in the lotto untill i started watching him. hes one of the few who have potential and could contribute right now. favors has the potential but not the readyness right now. not sure who’s walker..i know its not kemba because i doubt he goes lotto. davis could depending on who picks where. i think thats the big thing with the picks this year…depends on who drafts where

ckelley015Participantnotice that all the players you named above him are PF’s and C’s. If team needs are suited for an SG with an nba ready body and shooter. I think he could be taken in the top 5 ESPECIALLY if he keeps performing the way he has so far. Putting up 17-18 on a team that is known for even its best past players to be around 13-15. (Ex. darrel arthur, mario chalmer, brandon rush, sherron collins)

the I in winParticipantXavier Henry probably won’t go two simply because he is on a good team, if he was by himself and doing what he is doing then yeah but not when you have the best center and a good point guard.

JoeWolf1I’m not saying Henry will go #2, but I think your arguement about players playing for top teams being a knock is way off. Freshman phenoms Derek Rose and Greg Oden made it to the championship game and lost, Beasley had Bill Walker and solid K-State team that won a tourney game and Kevin Durant played for a stacked Texas team and that didn’t hurt them

quincey hodgesoff of potential greg you are probably right but off of what they are doing this year youre right its not even close..henry looks much better. but if someone like minny and utah pick..ill bet ya money that henry goes instead of favors
