    i think it would be pretty cool if we had the chance to know what people thought about some of those guys in the past; how they projected, and who they where compared to.

    I dont know if it should go that far back…i mean, were people even making comparisons back then?

    I would like to see them open up the Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Kwame Brown, Emeka Okafor, Ben Gordan, Yao Ming, Jay Williams pages to see who those guys were compared to

      james=magic
      melo=bernard king

      jordan was compared to magic and dr.j.magic to oscar robertson, patrick to bill russell etc.

      i just think it would some interesting knowledge to learn about.

    yeah thats a lil too far back..there wasnt enough players ahead of them that alot of people seen to really make a comparision

    I think its kind of dumb because the nba comparisons are made based on what the player was as a prospect….regardless of what we say, we would judge the player based on how they are now….For example Wade was a physical player, but not nearly as physical as he is now

    I thing thats the point of wanting to see it

    To see how there games have changed from college to there 7-8th years in the league, to see if they really improved the things they struggled with in college, compare there Strengths/Weakness, and as for comparisons, i have no idea who ‘Melo or Wade got compared, but can almost guarantee they both have probably developed into being better players than there comparisons

    If I remember correctly he was compared to Marbury without the attitude issues, which I think would have been a pretty solid comparison.
