I think you rate Monroe too high and Sanders too low. Other than that I think your right on the money

Preety darn good. I still think Stephenson is going to be a comeback player though.

yeah warren plays the sg now but has the potential to play the point which is a very good thing for the pro’s

i still have not seen paul george play so i dont know much about him

monroe has played ok but hasn’t made that soph leap that i expected from him

not really sure how much more you want aminu to show you though because hes been a straight beast..i mean 23 and 10 with 68fg and 50from 3 theres isnt much more he can do is there?..most if not all of the players wont be franchise players but alot have the potential to be pretty good players

i dont think it is fair to rank players at least till the teams go to conference play, right now the good teams are just beating up garbage for the most part, give it another few weeks

I think teams are going to be disappointed in Ed Davis when they select him in the lottery…he doesn’t seem like more than a bench player to me. He’s not real talented offensively, and he’s going to be too weak to be a post defender. And he’s not esp. tall to bother NBA players with his length. He seems like Brandan Wright more than Chris Bosh..

wow someone really compared him to bosh potentially?,thats as bad as someone telling me favors is comparable to beasley in college. man what i up wit people and young unproven players

My Draft Rankings

John Wall=99.9. He is amazing. He is probablyone of the fastest players I have ever seen, and has the quickest burst of speed ive ever seen, and he is superior athletically. His jumper could improve, so can his D, But he is a sure-fire star.

Paul George=96. He has all the makings of a top-tier guard. He has a sweet J, an array of moves on the perimeter, (although his handle could improve some), and supreme athleticism with a very quick 1st step, he is a run-n-jump athlete, his game does have some holes though such as his slight frame, and his improving handle. Overall I think he is a future go-to scorer, and upper-tier player.

Donatas Motiejunas=96. He can do everything on the offensive side of the ball. He has the handle of a guard, Could beat probably any bigman off the dribble, and has a sweet jumper. He could get stronger and keep working on those post moves, but besides that he is a very unique player to say the least. Just on potential alone I think it will be very hard to pass him up, at any point.

Derrick Favors=94. He has elite athleticism,and he has a great matchup nightmare qualities at any level, but I have a couple concerns. Is he a 3 or 4? If he is a 3 how will he even attempt to score on the perimeter? If he is a 4 does he have the post up moves necessary to score at the next level? He is very very raw at either position, he scores strictly off of bullying his defender and grabbing offensive reb’s. that will need to change. Because of his potential how can you pass on him though?

Greg Monroe=93. He is one of the most unique players Ive seen in a while. He is 6-11 yet he moves and operates like a guard. He too is a matchup nightmare for anyone. His athleticism is far underrated (late career C-Webb? You have got to be kidding me) because he doesn’t utilize it at times. He has a nice J out to 20 feet and can beat mostly any PF off the dribble. I have only 1 major concern, which is, will he start playing like a star?

Wait scratch Monroe and I think John Henson nips him by alittle. Henson just has more potential at every phase of the game.

Outside looking in: Kemba Walker, Evan Turner, Cole Aldrich, Ed Davis……….

what the hell was draft express thinking too…i think i was the select few who didnt think he would be the first option on the team this year or that his offense would still be raw

I did too, I called him the most overrated draft prospect for the 2010 draft…he’s not that great to me and I don’t think he’ll ever be more than a bench player.

I know I’ve been hating on Brackins for quite some time, I’m not in denial or anything, but he isn’t going to turn Iowa State in to a contender, or even a top 8 team in the Big 12. He is often compared to Shareef Abdur Raheem which I can see the similarities of their game, but he is a poor man’s S.A.F. I watch a lot of big 12 basketball and the only reason he is on everyone’s radar is because he hung 40 on a sweet 16 team in a loss. I’m not saying he isn’t good or isn’t deserving of a 1st round pick ( I’d rate him in the 15-25 range ) but Brackins as a top 10 pick is not going to happen. You’d have to go back a few years to find a top 10 pick who played for that bad of a team, and especially because this draft has so many good power forward prospects. In March or April when Patterson, Monroe, Davis, Aminu, Favors and others are playing in the big dance improving their stock, Brackins season will be over and he’s not a freak enough athlete to be picked that high on potential.
