butidonthavemoneyI don’t think that there is any team in the NBA who could use a scorer that doesn’t play defense and would cause all kinds of problems on and off the court.
Some team like Memphis will probably take him. Randolph for Ellis?

festar35ParticipantYou can take Indiana out as they are looking for character guys which Ellis wouldn’t be seen as one because he has had a bit of trouble.

ChosenOneParticipantCleveland is a good pick for him but what would they trade.

Russell0WestbrookParticipanttrade him to the clipper maybe him and baron can work some more magic. Would make a pretty good 3 guard rotation

B-ball fanParticipantHe needs to go to a team where he can be an energy guy off the bench who can provide instant offense, not on a team where he starts at pg, and has to play big minutes and create.

butidonthavemoneyBut he doesn’t want to play off the bench or even at shooting guard. He thinks he gets to call the shots. Remember before the draft when he said that if the Warriors drafted a point guard he would ask for a trade. He isn’t like Ben Gordon, he has a bigger ego.

Mavs41ParticipantEllis fits good with no team because of his character and has NO D and got ruined by Jennings who dropped 55 on him ( a rookie) c’mon he needs to play on a team with him at shooting guard an example would be New Orleans Hornets and he doesn’t call the shots Jackson DID in Golden State. He gets paid 11 million that’s right with that money they could’ve got Rondo who plays defense and creates Offense.

NYK2010ParticipantWarriors seem to be dumping long term salaries so they’d probably want an expiring contract and a 1st rounder.
Good luck getting much back but at least Warriors looking to get rid of their over paid guys.
That being said he’s still very talented needs some good vets and coaches around him.0 - Posted on: Tue, 11/17/2009 - 4:12pm #230795
td8118ParticipantIm not saying hes not talented because he is, but I dont see him fitting on any team really….Hes kind of like an Iverson, talented enough to start, but not good enough to lead a winning team
