gatorheelsParticipantSouth Florida 66 Virginia 49 I thought Virginia would certainly play better than this. Landesberg of course lead the team in scoring. He was the only Cavalier in double figures which is not a good sign. Rough start for the new head coach of Virginia. Mike Mercer is playing again for South Florida. He is a solid player, I though he left the team last season or got suspended or hurt or something.
Villanova 103 Penn 65 Villanova is DEEP. Taylor King the transfer from Duke had an excellent game. Dominic Cheek, the talented freshman who I am high on also played well. Nova is a serious Final 4 contender & could be a sleeper to win it all.
Duke & Minnesota also won big. Not much to say here.

gatorheelsParticipantUConn is struggling early in the 2nd half against Colgate. They are only up by 3 points.

JNixonParticipantI think South Carolina is a sleeper team to make noise….Dean Downey, their PG, is a baller. And they have a versatile player, who should get some NBA love named Dominique Archie. Watch out for him, you heard it here 1st haha.

gatorheelsParticipantiggy- I watch a lot of SEC games. Downey is super quick. Archie is certainly an athlete but I’m not sure he is skilled enough to stay in the nba for long unless he gets more polished. I could see him getting drafted though.
quincey- wow that is an impressive game for Millsap. I didn’t know Paul had a brother that plays at UAB…I will keep an eye on him. I never heard of Wright either, I don’t follow the Juco guys too closely.
