The 2014 Hoophall Classic has come and gone, but the highlights will live on forever. The tournament featured more than 25 players committed to play Division I NCAA basketball, including the top four players in the class of 2014 as rated by the Rivals 150.
Jahlil Okafor, the No.1 rated senior, scored the game-clinching basket for Whitney Young against Oak Hill. Cliff Alexander, the No. 4 ranked player in the class of 2014, was the most dominant player of the tournament, scoring 30 points to lead Curie High (Ill.) past No. 1 Montverde Academy (Fla.)
Theo Pinson, committed to North Carolina, scored the first 11 points for Wesleyan Christian, but couldn't keep up with Kansas commit Kelly Oubre and Findlay Prep. Kentucky-bound Karl Towns displayed his limitless potential in a loss to DeMatha Catholic, and later, when he won the Hoophall Classic dunk contest.
Throughout the weekend, there were enough dunks, highlights, and amazing plays to keep any basketball junkie satisfied.
