Weaknesses: Jermic has to be more efficient and a much better defender He has trouble defending quicker players (they will blow-by him) or bigger SG (they will post him up anytime they can) Can be inconsistent from time to time Also, he has to develop his passing skills and rebounding ability Has to put on 10-15 pounds of muscles and work hard in the weight-room Struggles scoring under pressure Doesnt have athleticism for the 2 in NBA Must prove that he can score against good athletes Sometimes missed shots will affect his game
