Ole Miss lands 3-star shooting guard

Ole Miss added another shooting guard in 2015 with the commitment of Donte Fitzpatrick.

The 6-foot-4 prospect is ranked 136th nationally according to Rivals and chose the Rebels over offers from most of the SEC, including Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

Fitzpatrick is the third commitment for Andy Kennedy in 2015, joining his former AAU teammate Terence Davis and Southwest Tennessee's Rasheed Brooks.

The Memphis product took an official to Ole Miss on Monday, according to Scout.com.

Ole Miss will have several pieces to replace at guard after the 2014-15 season. Both LaDarius White and Jarvis Summers are seniors while UT-Martin transfer Terrance Smith is expected to be a one-and-done.

Fitzpatrick's commitment adds additional depth at wing in 2015 as all three commits are guards. Both Fitzpatrick and Davis are Top-150 prospects.
