Indiana forward Hanner Mosquera-Perea pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated on Thursday, according to court documents obtained by Zach Osterman of the Indianapolis Star.

As part of the plea deal, Mosquera-Perea will be on probation for a year, is required to serve 50 hours of community service and has his license suspended for 90 days. The agreement also included a 60-day suspended jail sentence.

Mosquera-Perea was arrested in the early hours of Feb. 14, charged with OWI and operating with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or greater, which are both misdemeanors in the state of Indiana.

Indiana head coach Tom Crean later suspended him indefinitely. The 6-foot-9 Mosquera-Perea missed two games -- Feb. 15 at Purdue and Feb. 22 at Northwestern -- before returning to the lineup.

In 29 games, he averaged 2.9 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. Entering his junior season, Mosquera-Perea will be lone returner to the Hoosiers’ interior, playing alongside newcomers ceners Jeremiah April and Tim Priller, stretch forward Max Hoetzel and Emmitt Holt, who committed to the program on Aug. 20.
