Xavier Musketeers starting point guard Edmond Sumner will return Saturday at Marquette after missing the past three games while recovering from a concussion.
"He's good to go," Musketeers coach Chris Mack told ESPN. "He won't have any restrictions, but he's not going to play 40 minutes Saturday."
Sumner suffered the concussion on a scary fall early in a loss at Villanova on Dec. 31, when he was taken to a local hospital after being taken off the court on a stretcher.
Xavier is 15-1, ranked seventh in the country and has won all three games without Sumner in the lineup.
A redshirt freshman, Sumner has been a huge part of Xavier's success, averaging 11 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.
