THE PRAISE

“Trae Young is hands down the best player in Oklahoma,” said Alan Hibler, head coach at Ponca City High. “He ranks in my all-time top five players out of Oklahoma that I’ve seen in my 29 years as a head coach. He can score from anywhere on the court and is so tough going to the rim. He is a match-up nightmare because he can score in so many different ways.”

THE FUTURE: Young will begin his senior year of high school this fall.
