Louisville C Steven Enoch returning for senior season

Now, it’s all eyes on Jordan Nwora.

Louisville center Steven Enoch has announced that he will be returning to U of L for his senior year.

Marques Maybin of 93.9 The Ville broke the news during an interview with Enoch’s father Tuesday morning. Enoch then confirmed it hours later on Twitter.

Enoch averaged 9.4 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in his first season as an (eligible) Louisville player. He played for Connecticut from 2015-17 and then sat out the 2017-18 season per NCAA transfer rules. He has one season of eligibility remaining.

The return of Enoch is large because of the big man’s production alone, but it’s also large because it gives Chris Mack the opportunity to move Malik Williams and play him at the four, something the head coach has said he’d like to do multiple times this offseason.

Now, it’s all eyes on the decision of Jordan Nwora, which isn’t expected to be made before Wednesday’s deadline.
