     Well Garland announced that he is leaving Vanderbilt and entering the draft after his knee injury ended his season.  He should go in the lottery to mid first round.  He reminds me of a taller Tyler Ulis, both high IQ team players that excel as passers in transition and can shoot 3’s.  I think Garland is a better finisher at the rim so hopefully he can stick in the NBA a little longer than Ulis did, whose lack of size has hurt him in the NBA.
