TyroberParticipantPost what picks your team has and what you want them to do with it.
My two teams are the Suns and Thunder and since the suns do not have any first round picks i have really been working on what the thunder should do with all their picks. The thunder currently have the 21,26, 32, and 51 picks. This draft is extremely deep and if they stayed where they are they could get some good role players and some nice back ups. I am very high on Stanley Robinson, Ryan Anderson, Gani Lawal, Kevin Sepharin, Quincy Pondexter, and Craig Brackins.
If we could get 3 of those players with the 21,26,32 I would be extremely please but at the same time I do not want 3 more rookies on this roster. I would love for them to trade their picks for a top 10,11,12. Cole Aldrich, Greg Monroe, and Patrick Patterson. If we could get Monroe I say give up the 21, 26, 32 and a future protected first rounder. If they thunder traded their picks and ended up with Monroe, Aldrich, or Patterson I think it would definitely be an A+ draft.

bdoody42ParticipantMy team is the Celtics. We have the 19th pick and 52th.
With pick # 19 I hope James Anderson falls to them, but i would say about 20-25% chance of that. I think if hes gone they could look at Pondexter. I think he can come in and spell Allen and Pierce. if they decide to go big Soloman Alabi is a guy I know they like to backup perkins.
With #52 I think they could find good backup to Rondo such as Jermone Randle. he is fast and looks like he can set up teammates. If they go for best player they could take chance on someone like Charles Garcia.

BasterdInABasketParticipantThree players i would really like to see on the bucks next year are paul george, xavier henry and ed davis. Henry is the most likely to drop to 15 but it is possible that all three are picked before then. If so the 2, 3, and 4 positions could all be upgraded and babbit or udoh would definitely help do that.
In the second round we got #37 and 47 and should be able to get a solid bench player. Id love to see brackins at 37 which is unlikely but right now this site has booker going at 37 which would be my second choice. Every team needs a high energy defender and booker is perfect for skiles. We’re not going to be bringing in 3 more rookies to the roster so one of our 2nd rounders will most likely be a foreigner that can develop overseas the next few years0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/09/2010 - 7:50am #329378
OhCanada-ParticipantI dont think you want Monroe out in OKC…
Also why would they get Monroe if they could easily present a perfect situation for Bosh but passed him up.
Monroe is gonna be a great offensive force but they have offense. They need some Defense out there. The best fits are Cousins, Whiteside, Brackins, Varnardo, Sanders, Alabi, Aldrich, Orton, Jordan, in no particular order.
As for the backup 3 position..
Ebanks, James, Robinson fit in well IMO.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/09/2010 - 7:51am #329380
grizz32ParticipantKeep all three picks.
#12- Babbitt or George
#25- Bledsoe, White, or Warren (in that order)
#28- Sanders or Brackins

Captain LParticipantI’m a Jazz fan and would love to see the Jazz draft Udoh or Monroe with the 9th pick. If we can’t get either one of those players I would hope they go for a SF and draft Babbitt or George. I think Aminu is a little over rated, I worry about his outside game.
Wtih # 55 I ‘d like to see us get Torrance or Shved.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/09/2010 - 7:58am #329383
Stojakovicfor3ParticipantOrlando Magic
We have the 29th and 59th picks. We need a point guard with Anthony Johnson and Jason Williams likely not coming back, a small forward with Matt Barnes maybe leaving, or a power forward or center with either Marcin Gortat or Brandon Bass maybe leaving.
29th pick possibilities- Armon Johnson, Terrico White, Solomon Alabi, Craig Brackins, Gani Lawal, Elliot Williams, Devin Ebanks, Nemanja Bjelica, Damien James, Lance Stephenson, or Larry Sanders
59th pick possibilities- Jon Scheyer, Dex Pittman, Hamady Ndiaye, AJ Ogilvy, Aubrey Coleman, Elijah Milsap, Da’sean Butler, Manny Harris, Lazar Hyward,Derrick Caracter, or AJ Slaughter.

bdoody42ParticipantTo the poster Tyrober. When you said Ryan Anderson you meant Ryan Richards I think?

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantHave to get Evan Turner…If they don’t keep him they gotta get Cousins or Favors(4th) and Henry or George….(16th) that’s if we do the T’Wolves swap…we need a 2 Guard or Center….could get both IMO…

Pacers_Fan33ParticipantThe Pacers have 10th, 40th and 57th pick
I would love to see them try and either trade up with the 10th pick, but if they can’t I think they should trade down for a point guard that could be a scoring option. If they had to stay at their current pick, I believe they need to take another big, because Troy Murphy’s contract expires after next year, and Jeff Foster is definately on the downhill of his career, he is also coming off a back injury. I would prefer Hassan Whiteside or Ekpe Udoh.
With the 40th pick, I would love to see a player like Grievis Vasquez, who wouldn’t love a giant point guard that can score, another player they have targeted that I would love to see is Lance Stephenson, also a scoring option. But if they trade down for point guard with their first pick I believe they will take a shot blocker here, if Jarvis Varnado is their and they have already drafted a point guard I think they will take him.
At 57th I think they might take another scoring option for the backcourt because TJ Ford isn’t doing what they thought he would at the point, I think that if a player like Aubrey Coleman is there he would be the right player. Another option for them is just to take the best available player or an international project that could stay overseas.
They have worked out every player I mentioned other than Grievis Vasquez I think

tcox314ParticipantWe have the 4,16, 23, 45, 56
I want Cousins at #4 so we can have a legit center that can avg 20-10. I don’t like the idea of trading 4 and 16 to get turner even though he is a great player. At 16, I would like Henry or George. I do not think either of them will be there so it would be nice to work out a possible trade to get rid of 16 and move up. At 23, I would like to get Ryan Richards. A 7ft PF with a lot of potential. He will not start his rookie year but he has a high ceiling. At 45 and 56 it all depends on who is left. Possibly (No pgs needed): Scheyer, Pittman, Hayward, Varnado, Bouldin.

TyroberParticipantyes bloody. I had James Anderson and Ryan Richards both listed. It appears I editted their names together. Thanks for correcting that.
Also Greg Monroe is a stud. Who wouldnt want him on the team?

OhCanada-ParticipantI am with the Toronto Raptors fanbase.
I would like to see Bosh get traded (preferably to Miami or Chicago but lets say Miami for draft purposes), I think we could get Miami`s 18th and 48th picks and some future considerations and I would like to see Toronto buy the rights to the Orlando, Atlanta or Memphis picks or trade Turk and/or Calderon for the Sacramento, New York 2nd round picks available and or New Jersey 1st or 2nd picks.
Mucho Complicado.
All in all its just another brick in the wall..that will eventually crumble because MLE Maple Leafs Entertainment doesnt wanna spend over the salary cap..
I see Raps having the 13th,a mid 1st,a late 1st and/or early2nd and and 2 mid 2nds while trading Calderon, Bosh, Wright, Turkoglu, and expiring contracts Banks and Evans.
13th
Mid 1st
Early 2nd or late 1st
Mid 2nd
mid 2ndSo I potentially see
Cole Aldrich
Devin Ebanks
Dominique Jones
Samardo Samuels-That west indies blood
Sherron CollinsIf Aldrich doesnt fall to us it changes everything
Avery Bradley
Daniel Orton
Stanley Robinson
Samrdo Samuels
Sheron Collinswith a final roster of
PG-Jack,Jones,Collins
SG-Derozan,Weems,Bellinelli
SF-Nocioni,Ebanks
PF-Bargnani,Samuels
C-Aldrich,Johnson,Curryor
PG-Jack,Bradley,Collins
SG-Derozan,Weems,Bellinelli
Sf-Nocioni,Robinson
PF-Bargnani,Samuels
C-Orton,Johnson,CurrySomething along those lines would be great to rebuild this Toronto Franchise IMO…thats also just what I think would be nice from this draft.

Durantula-35ParticipantWith the 21st pick, I would say go for Larry Sanders.
With the 26th pick, Quincy Pondexter, Damion James or Devin Ebanks. Maybe Ebanks for defense.
With the 32nd pick, Craig Brackins.
With the 51st pick, if Sylvan Landesburg slides that low. If not, Mikhail Torrence if still availableWestbrook/Maynor/Torrence
Sefolosha/Harden/Landesburg
Durant/Ebanks
Green/Brackins/White
Sanders/Krstic/CollisonThey may make some draft day trades though, I’m assuming

sacphil_08ParticipantSacramento Kings
We have #5 and #33
With #5 i’d like cousins and if he isn’t available, then i’d like monroe, although i don’t like that monroe is as non-aggressive as he is. Hopefully they can schedule a workout that features him, cousins and favors and see if he has taken this critique to heart and becomes more agressive offensively AND defensively.
With #33 i’d love to take jordan crawford because an instant offense guy off the bench is always welcome. Crawford would be ideal if we got cousins in the first round but i’m also thinking of maybe jerome jordan from tulsa ONLY because he can be a threat defensively in the paint. I’m not sure though. I say that for the better of the team if we take monroe because i dont think monroe will be the force defensively that we need.

R-Dot-13ParticipantRaptors:
Do not draft Cole Aldrich, I dont know why but I think he wont be a good NBA player, please draft someone else.
I would like to try and trade to get another 1st rounder though, maybe early 2nd
Thats about it.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/09/2010 - 9:33am #329448
Charlie SheenParticipantWe dont have any picks but we could trade into the draft or buy a pick but we need a low post presence off the bench. I see Gani Lawal fitting the mold hopefully we get into the draft he’s RAW but with Nene, K-Mart and Birdman defending him inside at practice his game will improve a lot.

bshear2Participantwizards
1. John Wall obviously
30. I like the stanley robinson pick but maybe willie warren for a bench scorer
35. Trevor Booker is real tough and has a decent shot. Could bring a lot of energy and toughness.
