If the Heat lose to the Wizards tonight, I think Erik Spoelstra will be fired, at the request of Lebron James and Dwayne Wade. Washington is 5-10 and while that is not completely horrible, this is still a game the Heat should win- especially if John Wall, Al Thornton and Yi do not play. Any thoughts on what this game means to the Heat and what might happen if they lose????

The Heat will beat the Wizards I think. They really only struggle when they play teams with tough D, and I very seriously doubt the Wizards will play tough enough on D.

I do think Spoelstra is the wrong coach for this team though, and he should be fired. I just doubt it comes after the Wizards game.

The team turns the ball over way to much… and are caught either watching wade or james when the have the ball. When james has the ball wade watches and vice versa. Im pretty sure this sint a coaching error.

It seems that Lebron and maybe D-Wade think they are above the coach, and you cant have that on the team. Everyone needs to know the caoch is the boss, the top dog, the guy you listen to and respect. Lebron is trying to take over the whole team and he wont be happy until he is the top player, coach, and gm of the team.

If the Heat lost this game, I think there would be an 85% chance Coach Spoelstra would get fired this week.
