Of the worst teams in the NBA, Bobcats, Wizards, suns, magic, new orleans, wizards and the pistons, I have to say I’ve been very impressed with the Wizards and it sucks that Beal has been out because they look like they have been coming together. I think the backcourt of beal and wall is looking good for the future. My question is if Andrew Wiggins or Jabri Parker were eligible for the draft, do you think one of those two could push this team into the top of the eastern conference. Wall,Beal and Wiggins Ocafur sounds like a pretty solid group in the starting lineup. Add a few more bench pieces and this team could be very dangerous. Of course, Wiggins is not eligible for this years draft, but if he was and he went to the Wizards, I think that could be a dangerous team because they seem like they have some nice pieces in Washington.

we need to see wall first at full strength. i think he has the potential to do what rose did last year in a couple years. as good as wall has been for the wizards, he is still not even playing full speed. next year he will get his speed back and have a healthy beal. if they could get a wiggins next year, they could very well be on top of the east- if they somehow kept the core together for a good three years. by then wiggins will have tasted the nba, wall could be in beast mode by then and beal could be a borderline all-star caliber player, while the possibility of lebron taking his talents to cleveland or wherever else he may go could happen, increasing their chance of being on top in the east. it’s a lot of what if thinking, but it is possible.

i don’t really see derrick rose level future for john wall anymore. thought he had it coming out of UK but he has barely improved, if any, since his rookie year. he has barely broke 40% shooting from the field in his career and if you think about the fact that he gets most of his points from fast breaks, i think you can assume his half court shooting % comes to like low 30s due to his lack of a jumpshot. yikes. if he wants to be an elite franchise type point guard, he needs to have a jumpshot to be a factor in the half court offense, not just fast breaks
