bigblackNbeautifulParticipantIf you have league pass this utah houston game is real entertaining. the Jazz young players are all clicking tonight and gordy is just having his way tonight. They wont be the worst team in the league if hayward shoots half this well all the time and if trey and alec keep showing improvement.

bloodshyParticipantJazz won 109-103 and have won 3 of their last 4 after starting 1-14. Several of the young guys had great stat lines:
Favors: 14/13/2 on 6/6 shooting and 0 turnovers.
Hayward: 29/5/3/1 on 12/18 shooting.
Burks: 21/3/4/1 on 7/11 shooting.
Burke: 21/3/6/1 on 9/18 shooting and 0 turnovers.
Incredibly, even w/that impressive play, the Jazz only won by 6. That shows you just how good the Rockets are and what kind of play the Jazz need to beat the NBA’s top tier right now. Sadly, Enes Kanter is getting minimal time on the floor. 14 minutes last night and 13 minutes tonight. He was pretty bad when he played tonight as well. The kid can dominate – the Jazz need to figure out a way to help him reach the next level. Also, I’d prefer the Jazz lose right now for a shot at Wigging/Parker. Hopefully this recent good play is not a sign that they’re going to turn this top-pick potential into a mid-to-late lotto scenario.

TheLastWordParticipantJust read Trey Burke has only had 1 turnover in his last 89 minutes. That’s pretty insane considering he hasn’t even played with these guys much. He is exactly what Utah needs.

IndianaBasketballParticipantJames Harden defended at a piss poor level tonight. He should be ashamed.

SiggyParticipantWhy does Dwight look so slow in these highlights?

IndianaBasketballParticipantDwight looked like he was playing half-speed. That back injury really effed him up. He’s just not the same.
Trey Burke looked great though. He’s got his haters, but I’m not one of them. I think he’s going to be a very good starter in the NBA.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThe Jazz couldn’t miss last night. They were hitting everything.
Especially from Burke and Burks, they couldn’t miss any threes for guys that aren’t considered good 3pt shooters. (6-10 combined).
We really missed Chandler Parsons tonight. He would have thrived in that play style, he’s also our best perimeter defender, which would have been a plus if we put him on Hayward.
