    Indiana gets a guy who can create his own offense plus help Granger (who to me is a star just not an allstar) and their future star Hibbert and George. Teague gets to go home and gets a chance a chance to play or earn playing time. Plus Indiana gets  a sencond rounder or maybe a first rounder.

    The Hawks would send some salary to cover the difference in salaries. they get Ford (who is not the answer but can still make a difference plus his expiring contract. The Hawks also get stephenson who can play some point/ SG . Its a high risk high reward situation for both teams but it could work.
