Welcome to the Dhamp lounge. Some of you old school cats on here remember this! Me and other Syracuse fans and whoever else that wants to comment will be here ALL game long to watch the Orange. This tournament will be a coming out party for Dion Watiers — probably the best guard in college basketball.

I love the Cuse in this bracket. I am very far from objective on the subject but this is a deep and talented team in a year where we don’t have a lot of that.

I have to give UNC Ash a little credit. They look good early on. 13-13…Waiters has five points. There’s nothing going on with the SU offense inside. Rakeem Christmas has to stop losing the ball.

UNC is playing it close, but it’s still early. Dion has about 10 points. Jardine hasn’t taken a shot….
OK, in all seriousness. This Big South team has serious game. I didn’t watch them on t.v. this year…..BUT I still expect SU to blow the team out in the second half.

UNC Asheville looks pretty good so far. They are definitely undersized, but they move the ball well, play pretty good defense, shoot well, and get out in transition.

I really hope I’m watching the first 16 seed to beat a 1. Especially amidst all the allegations Syracuse has had this year with the creepy Bernie Fine story, and allowing players to play after failing drug tests.

unca isnt playing their best right now either. dickey and primm should be nailing threes. too many turnovers yeah I am looking forward to the 2nd half this team can play better than this and coach should be telling them that.
