Lotto StudParticipantNo Manu No Rudy SMH. This will be a great series because everyone says Memphis purposely tanked their games to get this matchup. I’m really pulling for Memphis in this series, but they will have to get it going on early & try to contain Parker & Hill.
Orange Juice Mayonnaise Time!!!!!!!! Enough said

goneParticipantI’m telling yall I feel like Tim has been saving it all season for the playoffs
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:26am #522217
omphalosParticipantWith Manu out I don’t see why Mayo isn’t playing for the Grizzlies yet, Spurs are covering the interior, they need someone who can create their own shot from the perimeter. Allen isn’t at his best when there’s no go-to guy to shut down.

goneParticipantLol lol lol Xavier Henry no even in a jersey….what a waste of a pick
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:28am #522220
providencefriars1ParticipantRandolph and Conley look good so far for Memphis.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:28am #522218
Lotto StudParticipantI think DeJuan Blair will be a key piece for them in this series.
By the way Orange Juice Mayonnaise just clocked in watch him go to work.

Wavy BagelsParticipant"Timmy lookin’ good early" – Kevin Mchale
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:34am #522223
omphalosParticipantI had high hopes for Henry, but he wasn’t really given a lot of room for error fighting Tony Allen and OJ Mayo for minutes. Too early to quit on him until Mayo’s situation is resolved at least.

paradigmnParticipant….mayo on the side please!!!
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:42am #522225
omphalosParticipantThat’ll get his confidence up, let’s go OJ! Show me some of that HS swag.

Wavy BagelsParticipantDoesn’t Linoel Hollins remind you of John Witherspoon?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:51am #522229
paradigmnParticipantWho’s the best player in the NBA with no cartilage in their knees???
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:54am #522230
Lotto StudParticipant“We had a conversation and I told him, ‘Shoot the ball when you’re open. That’s what you do’ I’ve never taken you out when you miss shots, so don’t think that you can’t take a shot because you might miss it. You can’t make them if you don’t shoot them.’ He’s come on and shot the ball extremely well. It’s important for us as we go forward that he continues to shoot the ball well. He’s a big factor on our squad. We need him to make shots.”-Hollins on Mayo
If that does not say that Hollins does not have confidence or given up on him I don’t what does.

BKKnicksfanParticipantWho’s the best player in the NBA with no cartilage in their knees???
What kind of question is that…..

paradigmnParticipantI believe its called a rethorical question.

Lotto StudParticipantDid he borrow any ligaments for the game?????
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 7:58am #522235
Lotto StudParticipantSMH the announcers tryna put my boy Juice on blast on National t.v. talking about Allen beat that a**
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:09am #522243
RUDEBOY_ParticipantKevin McHale ”saying OJ Mayo GOT BEAT DOWN by Tony Allen…hahahahaha
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:09am #522245
Lotto StudParticipantZ-Bo is gonna get frustrated if he don’t get his touches in the post. I seen it already when Gasol had the ball & looked him off when he made a cut through the paint.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:12am #522246
Lotto StudParticipantHalf not even over yet, Allen 3 Fouls Mayo 2 Fouls. Who is gonna be the replacement for both because the fouls are getting ridiculous.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:12am #522247
omphalosParticipantBad foul by Mayo, I can see why he’s frustrated, his shot just looks off tonight.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:14am #522252
Lotto StudParticipantMayo relies to much on his J which is his biggest downfall into getting out off his game. ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK the rim. He acts as if he can’t take anyone off the dribble.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:16am #522254
Lotto StudParticipantIt’s hard to believe that the Spurs are down by the way Duncan has been dominating the game.

goneParticipantOJ can’t really take anyone off the dribble. He doesnt have elite quickness or great change of speed moves. If you ask me he is the just about the same player he was in high school…
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:37am #522265
Lotto StudParticipantNot true at all! He may not have that elite blow by quickness, but he is crafty. He has ways of getting to the rack, it’s not like he does not have any moves, he just does not display them. He’s good at using hesitation moves or trying to overpower/ muscle his defenders to the rack.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 8:50am #522275
omphalosParticipantWow, Mayo was wide open that whole possession, they didn’t even think about giving him the ball.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:04am #522285
RUDEBOY_ParticipantDon’t be Surprised if Memphis makes it to the Western Conference Finals…The only 3 teams i see giving them problems are Lakers,Dallas and Portland..And either Dallas or Portland will be eliminated in the 1st round…And they wont face the Lakers until the conference finals,if they make it there…
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:06am #522288
omphalosParticipantWatching this makes me more frustrated Gay isn’t healthy. This series would be a lot better if he were playing. Oh well.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:10am #522291
omphalosParticipantWow that was a WEAK call, that was such a flop… guh.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:12am #522292
HitsterParticipantThe Spurs are slowly gaining control, I feel that Memphis need to half these first two games as if the Spurs go 2-0 up they will be very hard to peg back and would surely win at least one game in Memphis and thus at worse would be 3-2 up with two home games to come.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:37am #522311
Lotto StudParticipant"Doesn’t Linoel Hollins remind you of John Witherspoon?"
Looks more like a Barnum & Bailey clown minus the make up

JMIKE is a Grizz fanParticipanthey wizkid xavier henry’s injured
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:45am #522320
Lotto StudParticipantZ-Bo & Gasol combined 40+ pts, way to play hard through the bigs.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:52am #522326
omphalosParticipantSubbing Mayo was a mistake, Allen is too much of an offensive liability to be on the court still. Also, 4 straight missed FTs… smdh.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 9:57am #522330
ProudGrandpaParticipantTim Duncan can’t save you now
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 10:19am #522352
sheltwon3ParticipantI remember saying Grizz would win and got clowned. I told yall Spurs dont match up well with Grizz.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 11:01am #522376
cward23ParticipantThats because Manu didnt play. Anyone could have told you that the Grizz had a much better chance with no manu
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 11:44am #522407
bigblackNbeautifulParticipantOr do the grizz if they can keep randolph and gasol. If mayo either improves to a starting caliber player or they trade him for another piece, and gay comes back to him oldself and keeps improving. Do they have a shot of having a final type potential team. They have two bigs who completment and play well with eachother. If Conley could finish in the lane more consitantly he could be a top 15 type pg. TOny Allen is playing like a man on a mission on this team. They play mean defense. And really hard all the time. I really enjoyed watching them to day. I see shooting and depth as there issues since they really have no back up center but i really like arthur as a bench player.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 04/17/2011 - 1:59pm #522491
RUDEBOY_Participantthe grizzs blowout the spurs earlier this year with manu….
