Well I heard even though he has two-guard size, he plays like a combo-forward, which is really bad. His skills are way behind his athletic ability.

What he has cannot be taught. He is a world-class athlete. You can learn to become a better shooter, and ball-handler. If he is willing to work and be coached then he can be more than athlete. But all in all he is an amazing athlete.

Not sure how he will translate, because I need to see more than a dunk reel to see what his actual game is like. He has insane leaping ability though…….

Never seen him play so he is some one I would like to see play in a competitive game soon. Did not like the form on the 1 jump shot I saw it was real ugly, but that could be worked on. He seemed to have decent handle and looked ok and explosive off the dribble, but those are highlights. To be continued on him, but I would keep an eye on him if I was a NBA scout.

That dunk at 1:23 where he slowed down to dunk on him was rediculous.  If he has an ounces of skill I could see him making it to the NBA.

Reminds me of Paul Harris. Shaquille is listed as 6’4 185 pound SF. Paul Harris is a 6’4 230 SF. When Harris was a sophmore he averaged 14.5 PPG – 8.2 RPG – 3.3 APG. He played great averaging 36 minutes per game (averaged more minutes in soph year then junior year.) The only problem was he wasn’t a threat from 3 point range and a lot of his scoring came from dunks or drawing fouls. His mid range game was good, but NBA teams wouldn’t take a chance on him seeing how his shooting probably wouldn’t translate even though he was one of the biggest, strongest players. His problem was he played SF insteaad of SG because of Rautins and Devondorf. I think if Harris could have developed his game as a SG, he would be in the NBA now.

Shaquille could be a Paul Harris type if he doesn’t develop an outside shot. If he does develop the outside shot he could be a first round talent eventually because of the energy he brings to the game. Hopefully it works out for him. As of now he is an exciting player.
