They have a great fan base and are definitely worthy of having a franchise…Kemp and his 18 out of wedlock children are gonna be co-co-co-co owner with Detlef as GM

Gary Payton is pushing hard to get a team back there, but chances are it won’t be back until the 2011 or 2012 Season at the earliest. Sad, but who knows. Bobcats, Hornets, like you said above could be relocated and don’t forget the Grizz despite what they say in Memphis.

the fans and city should have did eveything in their power to keep that team their. stop being so damn cheap and give them a new arena. how many years the sonics been their. so many memories,. now i guess seattle wont be able to see durant take off in the league for awhile.

nothing against the fans of seattle or the city itself… but if the fans loved the team so much they would have bought season tickets to keep it alive….

however they definately deserve a team

i blame the city and owner for not agreeing on buying a new arena.
